This intro used to be so hype with the customization with the Supra and Eclipse. Such a great part of my life I’m grateful for. I love the taillights on the two cars too.
Homegirl definitely got a badass ride, even by today's standards. At 0:18 when the car approaches the "camera" that exhaust note is wonderful. Would a stock 4G with only exhaust manifold, TBE, and an intake sound like this? Probably not, but hey 🤷♂️
Edit: Not sure if the purple Valve Cover implies head and valvetrain work being done.

@@FOXXHOUND86 so the original was never actually rendered at 720, but at a lower res then 'upscaled', also compressed to hell as PC's weren't strong at natively playing video at the time (hence the rampant use of codecs). FMV was a very expensive thing back then, the og file was probably output from the final render at 640x480, when you stretch and enlarge that, you enlarge all the compression artifacting and other junk along with it.
So in the process of 'upscaling' this sort of video without any AI enhancement is hilarious because its like 'looks like shit... BUT NOW ITS IN HD!'
