Thanks for the in depth un-install. I have a 99' EM1 and one of the previous owners deleted the cruise control which I'm trying to restore, gonna follow this in the reverse order for install.
Just got back in the Honda game again. Picked up a rough 99 ek sedan. It’s completely stock lol. This will be a fun ride if you have big plans on this car.
@@SwishLifeGarage oh ok..yea I bought a quick release steering wheel and I don't wanna add the cruise control buttons to it . just gonna hook up the horn and get rid of the whole cruise control period...thnx my dude enjoy yours😉✌
Was wondering the same thing as my 2000 crv has cruise control taking up space for no reason. Almost certain it’s the same exact thing though. I’m think about deleting mine Tuesday so I’ll update if I do. Unless you have already done yours

This saved me on the side of the road cruise control went haywire and wouldn't stop revving after useing cruise control
I thought it might be a similar civic when I clicked, but my car is the exact same spec
