What's your take on drying your car with a towel after using the Autowash? Because there's many times the Autowash doesn't get my car 100% clean, a film is left behind. Will drying introduce scratches and damage?

Great question @DJR5280 and we actually have another video that was posted not long ago that explains what you're seeing: ruclips.net/video/mzlneqmBmng/видео.html
Just like touching between washes, if you are going to wipe a car down after a wash it is in your best interest to use only high quality microfiber towels as well a lubricating agent to help encapsulate any fine particulate that might still be there. The reality is, even if the wash removes 100% of the soil from the surface there is stuff trapped in mirrors, around door handles, trim and then drips out. To be as safe as possible for your paint adding a fine mist of a high quality waterless washing product, like our Complete Clean, gives you that extra protection against the unseen grit. It also means you'll remove any stubborn film and the wash will perform better as there isn't "texture" to the surface preventing a clean rinse. We hope that helps!
