Thanks for watching and commenting @ErickRamiroLE With the way the app is configured today, when you select GET A WASH while at a location, on the very next screen where you car is displayed you'll see a button for "SWAP" and from there you can change vehicles in the garage or add a new vehicle. Updates are coming with a more in-depth garage interface with lots of other cool ways to customize and use the garage feature.

Thanks for watching and posting a question. We prefer you do not bucket wash because on a busy day it can be disrespectful to those who are waiting for use of a wash bay. In general, you are permitted to be in the wash bay for your paid time, however if you happen to be there on a day with no lines we aren't going to throw you out if you have a bucket.

A quality hand wash is definitely a nice experience, but when it is very cold outside or you need the convenience of a process that takes only a few minutes touchless is the best option. There are also countless customers in our membership who live in apartments or townhomes that do not have garages, driveways, or convenient hookups for water to do it themselves. We provide a convenient, affordable, and save way to wash a car regardless of your access to supplies or the weather conditions. Thanks for sharing your perspective by commenting on our video.

Thanks for watching and commenting. Our locations are built with redundant data systems in case of an internet outage. Short of a power outage (which would stop the wash equipment from working too) we're able to operate continuously without staff on site, 24 hours per day.

Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment! Indiana Marketplace is actually one of the few locations currently without the dryers. It is something that needs to be retrofitted into that location. If you visit most of our other locations you'll have access to the blow dryers in the self-serve bay.

We appreciate your concern, but we leave the choice to our employees regarding whether they care to display or cover their plates up when their vehicles are in a video, or even remove them completely. Because, afterall, this is a video demonstration on private property that was not open at the time of filming, not a public road. The closest Autowash to me is your Express location which is not touchless. Now I’m uncertain to use it….

Thanks for the comment, Carin. Our Express Location is not touchless and we opened it so that we can fully understand the wash process in that type of car wash. We are definitely a better friction-based wash because we don't use the harsh corrosive chemicals that many others do which you can learn about here: ruclips.net/video/vvJFjiIwBX0/видео.html At the end of the day, it is still a friction-based wash, but it is going to be the safest/best friction wash you can find. We have over 20 other locations throughout the Denver area that are all touchless if you'd like to give them a try!

Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts, John. Many of our most loyal members will run thru the wash when their cars are only lightly dusty from sitting in the garage as it is a safer way to clean, without risk of micro marring. A "wet clean" and then lightly wipe the vehicle down with their preferred quick detailer and a quality towel to address any residual water is far safer for maintaining a flawless finish than any other method. The gentleman in the video is an actual member and makes that a part of his routine a few times a week. Also, as you can tell the roads were a little wet from spring snowmelt when the video was shot, making for some dirty splash-up on lower rockers that would be easily removed in our touchless process. As far as his income level or choice of attire when he drives or washes his car, not sure of the relevance, but at the end of the day we are a car wash created for people who love their cars.
