I have actually followed the satvic movement and the life style they recommend. I will tell you something it is not possible for a working women to follow it to entirity . I failed miserably after a week . But i only took what was possible for me to follow, like intermittent fasting , including fresh fruits and salads (did not worry much about organic) ate majorly home cooked food . worked out regularly. And i saw amazing results. Protein la ks majorly in satvik diet i also consume whey protein while in the diet. My point is take what suits you and leave what does not . Again a great video Sir , thabk you❤

I agree .. I'm also working and used to eat lot of processed food. After following satvic lifestyle (80%) i feel more healthy and energetic. Better to try completely
by attending the workshop then give an opinion. They explained everything in detail. And you will get answers for your questions (mostly). And ofcourse the person who suffers from having bad food can realise the impact of healthy food. And in city, I get all vegetables I need

      Research papers? Krish’s Achilles’ heel.
      Krish’s sources? “Trust me, bro.”
With no degree in medical or food science, he’s out here lecturing on health, nutrition, and food, convinced he knows more than doctors and chefs. Using the veil of science without offering any real evidence or peer-reviewed studies, he’s paid handsomely by cookware and food manufacturers to “spread awareness” that their toxic materials are the best. In Krish’s world, “Science and reality are what I want them to be.”

"That is a biscuit not a Kaju katli" 😆 Time is the main problem here. As a working professional, I cannot eat all the time home cooked food. I have to rely on the outside food/packaged food. Either you have to afford a food service which delivers it to home. But it is expensive, everyone cannot afford it. Trying to eat most meals in a week from home is best way to try. Ofcourse, as Krish mentioned it in earlier videos, mindful and occasional eating of packaged food wil be ok.
Krish explains every aspect scientifically and practically. I totally agree with every point that you mentioned in the video. As always, a great video. Keep rocking Krish 🤜🤛

Best video i saw in a while👏🏻 i personally don’t agree to 70% of what they say and i have studied nutrition. They guilt trip so many people who cannot afford the time or money to eat as they say. Those people literally think that they will remain unhealthy(fat) forever because they cannot make their own cashew butter or cook from scratch. I know a girl who went almost bald after following the diet provided by satvik movement and after seeing the diet i understood that her hairfall is solely due to protein deficiency. She was losing weight but not consuming even 1/3rd of her daily protein requirement. She got back all her hairs after i supplemented her with protein and added eggs to her diet. People can literally sue them.

Earlier I was thinking about how you can make a topic extremely complex or super simple (given you understand it well), nutrition is no exception. Dr Mike's podcast recently had a guest who said that you can sum up healthy eating in seven words: "eat diverse, not too much, mostly plants", you could talk for days about the nuances here and there, of course, but in this game of oversimplifying concepts a lot can be lost in translation, I think that today's example pretty much says it all.
    Great video as always, cheers!

It is a matter of choice. If you want to be in a meditative state, then we've to embrace its exclusive protocols. If not, follow whatever you had been doing so long, but life will be the same. If you want to change, try what they are saying for say 6 months to 1yr, see the change, then make a wise decision. Nobody is compelling anything. Follow whatever you can but still continue your practice, that will give you enough clarity from within. We don't need to rely on external sources for proof. You are the best proof!

Eating organic is different than eating right way . Someone can eat organic vegetables in cooking oil like majority of Indians do . Many health experts claim I should not cook oil much ,oil is not given from the nature . Humans are drinking animal milk when it is not made for humans These are the things which take us on big diseases . Oil ,sugar , and processed food is not given by nature. Humans were most healthy when they were hunter gathers ( what I have studied) when they used to eat meat ,fruits , vegetables and grains were small part of human life . We are eating very less raw food , cooking veggies make nutrition more bio available but it comes with disadvantage.

@krishashok please do research well. 1. We do not need food that lasts longer. processed food are incompatible with your body. As you mentioned about costs, why do you think polished food lasts longer? thats completely wrong. millets are never polished and look at their longevity
    2. by referring to Food that has life, she obviously means the food before cooking. If you cook sprouts, after cooking it will be dead but it will assimilate in your body while non vegetarian food cannot give us life
    3. just tell me one that around the world if burger is used to feed labour class, why not feed them with porridge and millets that are faster to cook and more healthier. Regarding longevity, the real question is why companies are not cooking food for the labour class daily? why do they want to feed cancer causing food to labour class.
    4. Farm to table is not expensive at all. This is the reason PDS exists. People who consume grains and millets and do ample physical workout can be very healthy
All your arguments are completely invalid and honestly very stupid. This video is made sole purpose of making money because you know they are famous and your video will get many views. As bambi said ‘ if you cant say anything good, then say nothing ‘

Excellent video! Especially discussing the concept that "farm to table" without processing is in some way better. The sattvik movement ignores that value chains exist to let farmers earn more. That most value chains are flawed in India (and maybe other parts of the world) is a different problem altogether. The solution to that is not throwing out value addition altogether.

It was an option when females sat in the corner of the house for three days a month. Even back then it was not hygienic option. Imagine a young lady either in collage or in job with heavy period using reusable clothes as sanitary pad. Her suggestions are extreme.

I love Satvic Movement for the reason they are trying their best to preserve Ayurvedic principles in the modern day, so my position is to support them. That does mean i follow them because I have studied Ayurveda & I have my own way of applying it into wherever i am & my needs. This is wisdom. When people lack appropriate understanding, they become dependent followers & they easily get confused ohh this person saying this ohhh that person is saying that. No. Satva is a precious concept to be applied today too, even-though it is ancient, it is universal, it is not limited to nation, caste or creed. When appropriately studied, understood & applied it provides balanced health, nourishment, vitality, rejuvenation, harmony, peace & lifestyle.
