    Dr. Oz I think u need to send a memo to ALL THE Bodybuilders and fitness men who encourage people to do crunches 🙄🙄🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣THAT WHAT THEY SAY IS ALL BS‼️‼️ Even the doctors AND EXPERTS say crunches DO NOT HELP U LOSE BELLY FAT
