Delta force: Hawk ops -Are tanks TO GOOD?

- So we finally managed to get some games into the new DELTA FORCE: HAWK OPS ALPHA PLAYTEST. But to be fair it feels like a clunky version of Battlefield. While the gunplay is pretty good, vehicles like helis and tanks are way to strong and def. need balancing. This is an uncut version of the one tank i played on stream... Literally gave me 100 Kills with ease...
Yes i get that this is an alpha playtest, but it really feels like a watered down version of Battlefield1 Battlefield 5 and Battlefield 2042 all mixed into COD gameplay
Let me know your thoughts on this game!
My only pros right now are SOUND DESIGN and probably how good the mouse input is for an Alpha.
I do see the potential, and i do hope dice sees this as competition and stives for a better NEW BATTLEFIELD

I'd imagine vehicles didn't get all the juice in development, a lot of people in these kinds of games tend to avoid vehicles.
Luckily, this is isn't full release.
Imo tanks are fine, its just depends on if players actually WANT to counter the tank by playing the AT guys
at least while playtesting live i didnt have anyone commit to kill the tanks... pb so far is 156 kills with it 🤣🤣
The tank turret moves way too quickly. This isn't even a tank, its basically moving as fast as a person with a firearm, and that is silly. They really need to fix that and bring in ammo limits to the machine gun or at least have it need to reload after a 100 rounds or something. It just does way too much damage right now. A single tank or armored vehicle basically mows through everything.
the good thing in general is "competition" for dice... even tho its yet another hero shooter and feels like a cheap bf copy... it hopefully makes dice try harder with the next release and thats a win in my book🫡
Cheap BF copy? This series has been out way before battlefield… Delta Force has been out since the late 90s…

And still (yes okay its an alpha) but it feels like a worse bf2042 that gives bf3 vibes while also still somehow give you cod vibes gunplay wise
@@About9fish gotcha. Yeah I didn’t even know they had a new game. I remember playing the old delta force games a loooooong time ago. Kinda nice that they’re finally coming back!
