    Your videos saved my job! I follow the recommendation in another video of complaining in written, employer retaliated against me, I complained to Governmental Agencies, my employer and me negotiated a deal and I have been working almost 5 months after that, let's see if they ever going to terminate me :)! thank you so much!

    Thank you Mr. Robertson for valuable lesson. I need an attorney in San Francisco California and I have gone through several agencies. I have won jury trial & Appeal. Disparity in salary existed between gender/race and it was mentioned in the opening letter to the court in 2015. My attorney was paid a large sum by California State university and they quit my case, saying that I need a collection attorney to get the judgment (which has not be paid). During this time I was paid low salary $1700 per month so that I will quit. Harassment and retaliation continues. I need an employment attorney as I have a “right to sue” letter dated 12/11/20. Please I need an attorney As soon as possible. Thank you!

    I have been through this situation recently and its extremely stressful to say the least
    However..It seems that the employers knows the line they can walk and know very well what the costs are when its crossed
    Or should I say, if you have a records that the line was crossed since they will always deny that it was
    I sued my former employer and they used a national firm that specializes in " protecting employers from their employees"( slogan on their website)
    My attorney told me they were the go to firm these days for larger companies to retain
    It was all very clear to me that during the median conference( in which they settled with me) that they already had their dollar figure in mind before the meeting started

    Great video and thank you! Question: Can lawyer charge hourly rate and receive contingency fee?

    • @braniganrobertsonlaw
      @braniganrobertsonlaw  3 года назад +9

      Yes, there are such things as hybrid agreements. But be very careful. You need to really like and trust the lawyer. The good thing about a pure contingency fee is that you know your attorney truly believes in the case, otherwise he/she would not take it and all the risk that comes with it.

      @@braniganrobertsonlaw Is it normal for an attorney to get sued and lose for malpractice multiple times over the coarse of a 30+ year career. or does that mean it's a bad attorney because winning a malpractice lawsuit against an attorney is very hard?

    What happens when an employer loses a case and won’t pay out the settlement? They move assets around to hide them?

    i have a crazy one! how about Honda laying off temp employees after they said they would not!
    Previously HPE Honda Power Equipment, they merged all honda plant of nc with lawn mower, generator, trimmer and generator (into Honda)! they after said no one is going to be let go. lately they have been trying to weed out anyone with the least problems in the temp field no matter how small the issue, as disciplinary and expendable! They seem to be making an excuse to downsize and force out anyone kelly services employee related person. Despite the meeting we attended (stating honda mowers are discontinued )over regulated) and only atv's)less regulated) no one is being let go! I have been informed (that the least of the problems) even a verbal )even once) no matter the issue you are let go! 2 weeks notice!

    Your videos are the top of the best Mr Robert. I wish I would've have seen them way before I went through a lot of harassment bullying getting yelled at etc. Sadly to say that I didn't even get the proof of that. I would've loved to sue that company and my idiot stupid boss

    What good are rights if there is no remedy? School employees need a writ of mandate to STOP Tomas J. Aragon’s CDPH Order of August 11th, 2021. His order is arbitrary and capricious because he never gave an explanation for ignoring prior SARS-CoV-2 infection and antibodies without explanation.
