Nice to see a Ridgeline put properly through it's paces, and the drone footage was also well done. The mud looks like a lot of the jobsites I visit in my '06, and I almost always have my Yuneec H Pro with me in case I get to do any aerial filming!
Thanks for putting your Riggy through some torture. Now I know what mine is capable of doing. My neighbor has 750,000 miles on his 07 Riggy. Oh ya my head bounced up and down with the music the whole video. Thanks now I have a sore neck. Just kidding😂.
🤣 its a cool truck. Make sure your radiator is good, change it every 100k. This one broke on the inside and antifreeze went into transmission and killed it. Got a used trans for 500 and it took us 3 days in the backyard to chage it. Millwakee 3/4 impact did most of the work lol
ironeagle2526 ...do you still have your truck? I bought mine brand new in 2008- from Michigan with 72,000 miles and she’s just a baby.lol Wouldn’t trade her for Anything-
Anthony Little I've literally taken my stock tire ridgeline through a lot of shit and hasten got stuck once my friend said imagine with mud terains it's a beast lol
Mike Chernov I'm purchasing a ridgeline tomorrow. Can you put bigger more aggressive tires on it? I saw some people saying you can put 30 inch tires on it.
there are people out there that agree!? lol. probably more than i think, but ya the new ones look like mini vans. BAD design choice for honda as they had a contender for a solid truck in terms of looks and performance. they could have just straightened out the back design for a new model and maybe made the bevels more tighter.
Nice ridgeline. Looks like you have a lift kit and maybe some bigger tires on it?? I'm looking to do the same. What did you go with if you don't mind me asking?
Check engine light on(intake leak), traction control off becouse of broken sensor so VTM was disabled the whole time. Everything is fixed since then. In the more recent video you can see the VTM work when we climbed a rock with one wheel. I'll go find it
Here it is, in the beginning you can see the rear wheel that's in the air not move as the truck drives off rock ruclips.net/video/CmmPGNj5Bm0/видео.html
Driving thru mud puddles just to be driving thru mud puddles is not my thing. If you've got an actual destination in mind the Ridgeline is a capable tool.
I have a 2007 Honda ridgeline 4x4 I sent to get a trailer and it got stuck in the grass. So I put the vt-m lock on and it just sat there spinning. Vt-m lock is crap and the 4x4 is useless doesn't work, if ur driving long distance it's good put going off road or trying to pick up something around ur house in wet grass your fucked.
I get a lot of hate saing cant call it a truck. But it actualy worked construction for the first 5 years of its life. Taking material and tools 2 hours away 5 days a week. Best part is the trunk under the bad. If there was a comins ram Laramie with trunk in the bad that would be the holy grail
@@artisticart6203 I wasn't hating on it im just not into them, also it's not just the Ridgeline I don't like but also the El Camino and the Chevy Avalanche
Who goes to a dealership to look at trucks and sees a Honda Ridgeline and says “that’s the one” ! Like first of all it’s not a truck. And second you have the option to buy a Ford F-150 to F-350 or Chevy 1500 to 3500 or a dodge 1500 to 3500 or get a Toyota Tacoma or tundra
@@wilmarbarrick3194 you owened a ridgeline? I owen a f150 and my friend has this ridgeline that he used for work, carrying a bunch of wood on home made rack with a ton of tools in the bad and trunk under the bad, with 22mpg, 2 hours to work and 2 hours back for 8 year straight, monthly trips to a shooting rage deep in the woods passing all those trucks you mentioned on our way becouse they couldn't go further or were scared. Now with over 250k miles on the truck it still takes a 19 foot flat bad with a house worth of siding on it. It can still be resold at a good price. Did i mention it's a honda, so an oil change per year is all the time that it needs at a shop. F350 you say? Let's compare it to a freight train while we at it. Ridgeline is pretty much a suv, choped pilot with a pickup bad that has a trunk inside and this one in particular has become a reliable and capable tool for any of lifes situation. I do tile and worked out of a honda del sol for a Year, dewalt wet saw and all needed tools in it, sometimes even a bit of material. People eat with chop sticks! If it works it's not stupid

If you're looking for fixed 4wd I doubt it's a thing but if you're looking for trucks I have a feeling Subarus wouldn't be out of your budget it's fixed symmetrical awd meaning it's always on, otherwise you're in the wrong crowd if you're looking for one that always has it on

any comments on buying a used one with high miles 150000
This is a very well done video! Shows the capability very well! I'm considering getting one as the family hauler and I think I've been convinced
