I've driven in deeper snow and mud with this generation Ridgeline and never got stuck. Looks like he didn't engage then vtm 4 locker.

He didn't try very hard to get out either. For one thing try turning the wheels side to side to attempt to get out.

Did the Gen 1s have sand mode? I don't think any ridgeline makes it through. No 4 wheel drive, so no 4x4 low, not much clearance, no front lockers...great for tailgating, grocery shopping, and light duty on pavement. Not a terrible truck/car crossover.
@@MrMcGiblets1 ive done some hardcore iff roading in mine stock. Lots of hill climbs some thick sticky mud and lots of Rocky terrain
MrMcGiblets1 it’s has 4x4 VTM 4 lock which is fantastic, but I have off-road tires and don’t even need them so your wrong it’s capable of mostly anything especially with a lift, keep in mind it’s a midsize truck idk why people shit on it so much when it’s got great performance all around
@@FJcruisin07 I think we have different definitions of "most anywhere". There is zero chance a ridgeline makes it through even some of the intermediate trails I ride, let alone the difficult ones. I can't get up some areas without going to 4 low and locking the front and back.

You could put the best snow tires in the world on that car, it ain't making it through.

@@MrMcGiblets1 If you put snow tires and have your Ridgeline lifted, it absolutely will make it.
This would happen to any truck without proper wheels or technique.
U made the ridgeline a laughing stock. Either learn to drive this precious truck or put money into it and don’t go off-roading on a stock truck
