For a so called tech hub, this looks pretty bad. Bangalore has been the tech hub since the 80s , yet the city has not grown nicely. Its a sprawl, no defined characteristics. Shanghai went from rags to riches in that 30 years. Bangalore looks still pretty bad.

I think tech parks not covered in this video and specially the infra towards airport roads… those are more modern.
