In India most city people have two houses. 1. One apartment in city (mumbai/Bangalore, ahmedabad, Delhi etc) where they work. And second 2. A big independent house in their native place (rest places in Karnataka, Kerala, maharastra etc)
Nowadays people are having 2 houses, and this is true. One in Village and other in city where they work.
We have 7 houses in different cities due to no. of jobs my parents have had 😅
@chankuthakarnnapochanot true . I am from Kerala , have a two storied house in my village and own apartments in Banglore and Kochi . For me , my village ( Patananamthitta, you can search ) is at least two decades ahead in terms of development when compared to Indian cities including Kochi)

Nikko homes it's considered as budget home.. very normal apartment, there are many real estate brands in Bangalore along with many beautiful projects.
Nikoo homes - 1 is budget. But Nikoo 2, Nikoo 4 and Nikoo 5 are premium apartments.

Moshy, I am here from Bangalore. But brlieve me, i have heard of nikkoo homes project but never been there, thanks for a virtual tour. But I am a guy who prefers to stay close to ground zero, so i live in my humble G+1 house at Yelahanka. I cannot live in these concrete silos. But i understand when millions of jobs are created, people need to be housed in a centralized area close to the work-place. Moreso, when both husband + wife work and these amenities need to be provided. These people living here work 10-11 hrs x 5 days a week then escape for the weekends awsy from the city. Thats what IT / BT/ AI employes life is all about! Thanks for a vivid description.

While you are Bangalore, please try meghana boneless chicken biryani of meghana foods restaurant in keys hotel near electronic city. I can guarantee you that they have one of the best biryani in entire Karnataka.
Here in india appartments like that are more expensive than independent houses...
Reasons:-.
1). Very Low maintenance..
2). Safety & Security..
3). Ventilation..
4). More facilities like parks, gym etc..
5). modernization community..
6). Better connectivity etc...
Every one prefer to live in that kind of appartment unless they are billionaire who can afford ambani house.
U can get house cheaper but outside cities and in small towns. Main city it will be very expensive
