Sudarshan Setu | Okha - Beyt Dwarka Cable stayed Bridge Inugrated 2024 🇮🇳
Okha-Beyt Dwarka Signature Bridge is an under construction cable-stayed bridge connecting Beyt Dwarka island in the Gulf of Kutch and Okha on Gujarat’s mainland.
The bridge is under construction by SP Singla Construction (SPSC) with an estimated cost of Rs 962.43 crore. Civil construction work started in October 2017 with a 36 month deadline.
Okha-Beyt Dwarka Bridge will be completed and opened in February 2024 (current deadline).

For a so called tech hub, this looks pretty bad. Bangalore has been the tech hub since the 80s , yet the city has not grown nicely. Its a sprawl, no defined characteristics. Shanghai went from rags to riches in that 30 years. Bangalore looks still pretty bad.

Why are they repeating the same mistakes made in other business centers? there are literally no footpaths, roads are very narrow - just 2 lanes each way, no separate paths for two wheelers or cycles, no separate emergency lane, no provision for BRTS and bus stops, so many inter-junctions, crossroads that will interrupt the traffic flow, no space for restaurants, social hub, after work parties..there should have been an interconnected metro or mono-rail type set-up facilitating smooth movement within the GIFT city..they had a blank canvas here, huge empty land and yet there are so many mistakes in planning!
hmm actually first they need to build basic things like roads and footpaths then buildings then social attractions an dthen slowly things like that will come up in no time.Rome wasn't built in a day so neither will this.

So, Both are planning For that but BKC does do much progress in that time and GIFT City lot's of done to get IFSC. So, Central Government Decided to GIFT City is India's first IFSC in 2019. GIFT City have Better Planing and Effort to get IFSC centre. lot's of Potential for Expansion in Future. So, Maharashtra and Gujarat Both have planned for IFSC Centre.
