Thanks for showing the finished project at the beginning of your video. It seems like a little thing, but it makes me want to watch clear to the end to see how you did it! Lol
I agree wholeheartedly. That’s my complaint about many other channels. I often fast forward so I can see the final product, then go back to the beginning of the video. Thanks.
You are such a wonderful instructor (teacher). There is no misunderstanding when you are explaining what needs to be done. And by the way, Manny is great with his little “pop ups”. He’s your biggest fan, I’m sure! Thanks for your tutorials.
A future napkin holder for the diningroom table is in my.mind. just need to make it a tad larger is all. . . And it could match whatever table runner is currently on display too. Yay 🎉
Oh my goodness! I can see many cute baskets in my future! I love fabric that has little items printed like crayons, nurse stuff like bandaids, little dog paws for doggies treats or even images of candy. What great gifts to be appreciated! Thank you!
Oooh! Just like crumpling you parchment paper when your trying to fit it in! Makes so much sense but I wouldn’t have made that connection! Thank you for another fun project!
I have been in my sewing room all day. I just got to sit down with my hand quilting and watch you! I hope you have a wonderful week ahead! Thanks for sharing!
Love, love, love! Thank you. I would also love if you could do a tutorial on how to sew a zippered cover for the neck pillows that are carried on airplanes. I would really appreciate it.
Absolutely adorable project! Hot gluing the corners is genius, too, because, as you said, tacking through all those layers AND a button would be a nightmare!
Great tutorial. You got right to the point, explained just enough! Thanks for being transparent about your hand sewing difficulty, the hot glue version is a perfect accommodation. I can't wait to get busy making one of these for my Wonder clips!
I'm going to try this (if I dont forget lol). I have actually started sewing this way before and freaked out thinking my machine had stopped working. My 4 year old daughter had been in my sewing room and played with the settings before I was able to get her away. It's good to know that setting can be useful. 😊
Hi Elaine. Most drink coasters are about 5" in diameter. If your coaster do not fit then enlarge the size of the fabric to be cut. Hope this helps. Happy new year🍷 Thanks for watching💗 and happy sewing😍
You can sew buttons on with your sewing machine. You'll have to drop your feed dogs and it'll take a minute to get the zig zag to the right width but it works well.
I love your videos & am currently watching the one of Walmart purchases. Just noticed your left hand finger. Yikes! Probably be a good idea to cover that cut with a bandaid for squeamish viewers.
Thanks for showing the finished project at the beginning of your video. It seems like a little thing, but it makes me want to watch clear to the end to see how you did it! Lol
Thank you so much for watching and happy sewing! 😍
Its also so much easier to follow along. For me anyway.

Beautiful, your such a good teacher, so clear and easy to follow, how can I share a picture of mine?
Hi Karen. You can send a picture to thesewingroomchannel@gmail.com.
Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
to tack the sides together, try using a "0" stitch length with a wide zigzag on your machine. Similar to stitching a two-holed button on.
I'm going to try this (if I dont forget lol). I have actually started sewing this way before and freaked out thinking my machine had stopped working. My 4 year old daughter had been in my sewing room and played with the settings before I was able to get her away. It's good to know that setting can be useful. 😊

Thank you,so cute and I know I’ll be able to make these having seen your tutorial!
Thank you so much for watching and happy sewing! 😍
LOVE this project! A friend gave me something similar and put 4 fabric coasters she made in it! Suggestions on a size for that project?
Hi Elaine. Most drink coasters are about 5" in diameter. If your coaster do not fit then enlarge the size of the fabric to be cut. Hope this helps. Happy new year🍷 Thanks for watching💗 and happy sewing😍
Great tutorial as usual. What kind of interfacing did you use? Thank you
I used Pellon heavy iron on interfacing. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
I need to make some of these... Can you indicate which interfacing exactly you used?
You can use Pellon heavy fusible interfacing. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
Can a person make these larger, maybe using a 12, 14 inch square? I love these
Yes. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
If you run your iron over it and warm it up. It is easier to turn.
Thank you so much for watching and happy sewing! 😍

Hi Ruth. The band-aid kept falling off. Sorry it made you squeamish. My finger is is feeling much better. Thanks for watching, and happy sewing. 😍
