After 2 weeks just practising with tempo i was able to play the album trak. Now 3 weeks later I am able to play at the same speed as marthyn. So: never give up, i was practising 5 years now!

You're double bass skills are some of, if not thee best I've ever seen. Rarely ever a mistake

I tried that left hand technique and it makes such a difference in stamina.
