Ooh I'm excited for that, after your police and fire video I wondered if you would do a paramedic one 🥳
I love watching you challenge yourself in New environments, super inspiring and has helped me to build the courage to take on so many new challenges in my life 🙏 keep being you 😌

The different personalities of the three coaches just mixing together is absolutely hilarious and so entertaining!😂
It rlly is😂
so chaotic 💀
13:35 the guys are laughing so hard and the girl just oofed lmaooo
its like watching a group of teenage superheros who all have great laughter and smiles. lol
Give them a show!
so much appreciation for how you woke up the next day, realized "this is not a good idea, my body is not ready for this right now," and postponed it, even if it meant not having one last go at the challenge. nothing but respect for knowing how to listen to your body and show your subscribers that safety and health matters more than ambition or other people's expectations!
Yes!! 👌 I was so glad at that too, some things are just not possible in a single day and that's okay
This! Listen to your body
Damn. A spoiler.
Eh she should’ve made it at least one week or two weeks in the first place lol. 24 hours was really ambitious to begin with.
yes, really glad michelle did that. i would have pushed through and in the process hurt myself (happened before)
The way she didn’t get frustrated because she couldn’t do it is unbelievable I would give up in a heartbeat. She is such a role model and I stan

honestly !
Not with one week. But with one month she'd have better chances than most!
That's dangerous. Many people die because they climb up to fast.
Not me being jealous because YOSHI is one of the people teaching you how to do a backflip! I mean. Being taught to backflip by a Power Ranger??? Ugh. Lifegoals.

How do I become his friend

i legit “le gasp” and clapped like crazy when i heard the name

You have to remember she’s already extremely athletic and strong. Don’t compare yourself to her
i love how all of the coaches were fighting over what to do 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Michelle you seemed so much more kind to yourself in this video! It’s no secret you set up really high goals for yourself and I loved you not hitting your goal of success (I agree you got it the first day) because of how you treated yourself during and after. You seemed proud of where you started and ended regardless of your initial goal and I think that’s amazing ❤️

The backflip team were natural entertainers, loved the background music also!
The cheerleader was by far the best coach for this.
You mean the gymnast?
Edit: I didn't realize Yoshi was a cheerleader!
Loooool whet
@Skittychu UwU I agree, I was just correcting the original commenter when they referred to the gymnast as a cheerleader.
@@YosanMesfun there was nothing to correct because they were not referring to the gymnast. it's literally said that yoshi is a professional cheerleader like 30 seconds into the video...
@@coldestsprite1467 omg lol I didn't even notice
The emphasis on how rest is essential to the mind body connection was SO good to see. I feel like having that knowledge makes it easier to be compassionate with ourselves. Things really do take time. Great job dude!
here for Michelle's movie theater inspired pajamas
If I had to pick a coach for me, it would definitely be Yoshi! Great job Michelle and keep up the great work!
You definitely want a coach who will spank you on the ass to motivate you like he did to her at 13:39, what an Alpha chad.
She met the blue Dino charge ranger
These guys seem so nice! I couldn't stop smiling
The stunt guy was fake af
Michelle: “don’t let go of me!”
Yoshi: “omg I would never!” …and I totally believed him. 🥺🥺 What a genuinely kind soul. ❤️
The stunt guy on the other hand seemed like a tool. 🤷♀️
The gymnast: 👸👑
It’s a technique so they think you are spotting so they are more confident. So even though he’s not there, he’s still nearby if she falls.
Finally someone said it. The stunt guy was totally a tool. Loved Yoshi though. Such a sweetheart
Agreed! Yoshi was the SWEETEST. Having that trust totally helps too with doing the jump. I wouldn't be able to do it if someone was laughing at me or making me feel incompetent or silly. The other guy's comments were unnerving to me
It’s not that he was a tool he is just straight forward and some people like coaches like that to each their own.
The stuntman was encouraging and good. You also didn't have to second guess his comments. I liked how the three coaches supplemented each other.
You make my day happier. I was just crying and saw you posted and now I'm already starting to feel better.

I love that she didn't reach her initial goal. It's sets a realistic expectation on these challenges and is something I admire in Michelle. Can't wit to see the progress!
Omg, the gymnast singing Let The Bodies Hit the Floor killed me!
It really shows how psychological it is I remember that when I was learning to do a back handspring I’d get blocked mentally and luckily my amazing coaches managed to pull me through it but yeah, amazing job!!!
I’ve been a gymnastics coach for 5 years and this is HARD! You came soooo far in such a short amount of time, it’s super inspiring and you should be proud! Keep up the work
Michelle! I am SO proud of you! Former gymnast and long time fan. Mad respect for your developed attitude on *progression vs. “failing” simply because it wasn’t 100% perfection. I loved this video. Good example of what you SHOULD do right here… listen to your body!!!
I still canNOT believe you flipped that many times in one day. I’m just remembering the people who run the gym being like “she jumped HOW MANY TIMES??? 😱😱😱” 😂 You are a BEAST and a constant inspiration, Michelle!
Troy: Stuntman
Frazier: Gymanst
Yoshi: PoWeR rAnGeR
It was really cool to see how all the teachers bring their tools of the trade together and watch professionals bounce off each other. I liked that and want to see more of it.
Omg I loved Margzetta's energy and being!!! Shes so cute and kind! Another great video Michelle! 💜
Yoshi seems awesome 😍
i'm obsessed with margzetta. she's one of my favorite gymnasts and she's so funny so i was super happy to see her in this video.
her and yoshi had serious chemistry
Friendship and trust. Good vibes.
I love the gymnast she’s so bubbly and happy
Yoshi is the MVP of this
This was mind opening and made me realize so much about the mind body connection. Thank you so much for this really appreciate your efforts.
i loved all the pros! stuntman was cool and gymnast was so positive. was already a fan of yoshi before this but i especially appreciated how he gave it to you straight and told you not to do any more at a certain point
This meant a lot to me! Setting a goal trying so hard and then having to take a pause because you know you are not ready takes a strong mind. Thank you for always showing REALITY.
Dearest Michelle, you inspire me 😸 I am so glad we have someone like you showing us that anything is achievable with the right guidance! Love you ❤️
Love this! The honestly and realness about setting a high goal and not achieving it is very relatable. I'm a SUP instructor and lake surfer, and I know from teaching and my own surf journey that learning any physical skill requires patience, rest, and allowing yourself to fail again and again. Ego be damned! It makes the victory that much sweeter and more meaningful!
Omg can you try to train as a professional equestrian 😄 I’ve been waiting lol
omg yeess
I feel like that would almost be too dangerous. Its one thing to do a super hard physical sport by yourself, but speeding up the process risks animal injury.
Pebbles ya I suppose your right 😅
I was a gymnast and cheerleader, learning to do a standing back tuck was such a mental thing you have to get over and trusting your body is what’s gonna get you to land the trick. Also, keeping your eye on one thing on the wall and making that your thing you look for when you land helped me land my tucks every time😁
You have encouraged me so so much to get in shape in quarantine. And now I love working out and made it a habit! And for that thank you!
The coaches are everything you could ever want in a coach, but in 3 ppl lol - strict, honest, but still cheerful and positive and they are having so much fun themselves
You know you need to start working out when you get exhausted just watching someone exercise. I was literally eating Doritos on my bed watching this video and still got tired watching Michelle train for so long; I wish I had your dedication, dude.
I loved this video, it's so great to see you send the message that sometimes it's ok not to meet your set deadlines for the sake of doing things the right way and primarily taking care of your body and mind
Wow Michelle! Your back flip looked amazing! I find it so inspiring that you pushed yourself to learn such a difficult stunt in one day! And then listened to your body and extended your goal time! You are sending an important message that it's ok to wait and to keep trying! Love the support you got from Margzetta, Yoshi and Christopher!
You really do know how to do this RUclips thing amazingly . I cant believe how well your videos are edited. Plus your an amazing person . Thanks for doing what you do .
You should learn ASL! Sign language is so amazing and I’ve been loving learning! I’d love to see you learn and attend a deaf event!
I also would love to see you learn to weld!
Marz tips are really helpful. I've watched many a backflip tutorial on RUclips but not many cover everything from the takeoff to breaking down the landing
Really enjoyed this episode, loved the enthusiasm 👍 You're pretty much a natural at everything you do, its super impressive 💯
Yessss listening to your body and being kind to yourself even after not reaching a certain goal that was literally almost impossible 👏🏻 the growth and self love is so high we love to see it 💚 this is so inspiring for us as viewers thank you 💚💚💚
I’m literally so proud of Michelle, I did gymnastics for 10 years before stopping after high school and it took me so many years to move my back tuck from the tumble track to the floor. It’s the last 1% of getting a skill that’s the hardest part, and it’s all mental. Michelle really gave it her all in this challenge and even though she didn’t quite meet her original goal she still did amazing!!
Should have gone to see Nile Wilson for this! He's the king of teaching back tucks. They didn't utilize SO many drills to help the movements.
Agreed
They all have such beautiful hearts to help Michelle try to nail this in 24 hours. It really warmed my heart ❤
Thank you for showing us how important it is to listen to your body. You made AMAZING PROGRESS! It really inspired me to try harder....thank you
Woohooooo Yoshi finally getting the recognition he deserves!! This is so heckin cool Michelle! I want to learn this too and I really hope you make it!
Michelle: complaining about not making a lot of progress within a few hours.
Me: let’s go after half a year I’m moving off the trampoline.
Keep up the great work and another amazing video! Love your content and thanks for everything!
Its amazing to have coaches like this during the process of learning a skill. Props to them for telling her WHEN to stop doing it because mentally it does affect how your body adapts to it.
This was so fun to watch!! 😍 You did AMAZING! Mad respect. Also I love your laugh and how you start dancing when you’re excited!
Michelle : I gonna learn a backflip
also Michelle : hysterical laughter
The “was that cool?” Was the moment I went from entertained to emotionally invested
So good ! The more I see of Chris and his methods/ways, the more impressed I am. He is so professional !
You are so amazing Michelle :)
I love how you give it your all to try so many things but also know when you have to stop so you don't get injured
You are such a HUGE inspiration!!
This was really interesting to watch, though I’ll be honest, it made me nervous! Great job! 👍
Also, 150 backflips!! You’re a beast, Michelle! 😁 You had such a positive, determined attitude throughout your efforts. Inspirational.
This shows so much growth from previous iterations of Challenge Accepted! You don't have to be perfect to be incredible!
I think this is my favorite challenge accepted video. The fact that you recognized your limits but not letting that be a defeat- sometimes our best doesn't reach our goals but it's still incredible. And you DID the backflip just not how you wanted. Love this
This was fun to watch! They all had good advice, but Yoshi was great at coaching you through it.
Who thinks Michelle and Margzetta became immediate friends from geeking by empowering and being empowered. These guys were all so awesome and supportive! Thanks for teaching us to be realistic and mentally healthy. You have even come so far bc usually you'd beat yourself up but you did SO good! SO GOOD.
remember learning this back in college, man we did it for a whole day, and the next day we couldn't even get out of bed because of sore muscles :') i was totally feeling that xD Good vid
Michelle you are so cool! I love how you show these challenges in a realistic way, with all the bumps and all. And girl you aced the back flip in just under a day :O
This was such a good video, love the dynamic between you four!

Yes. I am so glad that you did not go too hard on yourself. Recognizing that it can take time and u need a rest physically and mentally sometimes is really important.
Margzetta's enthusiasm for Michelle completely warmed my heart! She was being the best cheerleader & genuinely found enjoyment watching Michelle discover some passion for gymnastics. It was so adorable :)

Sis, you will never stop to amaze me 🤯
I missed your videos tons! Glad your back!❤️
Love that there were 3 different people from 3 different backgrounds teaching Michelle! Yoshi is just such a wholesome person! He is like that IRL! 😊
Really cool video! especially the different perspectives from the teachers. As someone who have taught gymnastics in Denmark for 12 years I find it fascinating. I do however disagree with their corrections, but without being there it is almost impossible to actually critique it.
Please do more
You did a great job. I had a friend try to teach me years ago and I always went back and sideways. I never did a real full one. I can only do it underwater. I can land a front flip sometimes.
You are an inspiration for lots of people. Your determination motivates me. Thank you for these videos. 🥰
Wow - just wow! You never cease to Impress and inspire❤️
Thank you for coming in and teaching technique. The first dude had me worried.
I'm impressed at how quickly and bravely you learned this.
Yoshi is amazing! The way he encourages you to do it and always be there for your safety is exactly what you need to exceed your expectations!
Yeah the stunt guy was the meanest, I think the other two were alot better and Michelle seemed to respond better to the both of them
I think knowing how to flip and teaching someone how to flip are two different things. The stunt guy probably taught himself, while the gymnist and cheerleader probably had proper training so they know motivation, proper form, trust, etc is important when learning. You cant just come out the gate with tough love if trust hasnt been built yet and you havent tuaght proper technique.
@@sjb4280 that's a great point
damn, Yoshi is a really great coach!
i’m still waiting for her to try hockey soccer gymnastics swimming and being a mom 😂
please like, so she does all of these things
The gymnast is so encouraging!! I love her energy!
the evolution of michelle getting over the part of herself that pressures her into constant perfection is the true inspiration of this challenge, not the backflip itself. I spent so many years being afraid of trying new skills I know I'll suck at, or being obsessed with something til I get it right. What I needed the most is seeing Michelle, of all people, saying I don't need to be perfect today. I'm happy with what I learned today. I can always go for a few more sessions. I can keep trying. I can keep learning. I don't have to be perfect on day one. Thanks, Michelle.
YEAHHHH a new video ♥ ♥♥
You did amazing !!!
Damn... I have a major fear of doing a backflip. This was dope! 👏🤣
You should be really proud of how much you improved in a day and also how determined you were.
Yes Michelle!! First time watching your stuff and I love it! I'm thinking of learning a backflip next but so frigging scared about it.. I might take the same approach as you and get some pros involved. Keep working at it :D
takes a long time to learn any flip at all. to get this far in 24 hours is so impressive. and once u do it at first, u dont even know what your doing thats working, but eventually it'll feel like everything is moving in slow motion.
