In my opinion, it is important to learn how to be happy and to learn to enjoy everyday life. I have to mention the Forwago program because this program was a life changer for me and helped me to realize how to love more myself and my life, and to focus on what is really important in life.
I just started a new job working from home on the computer for 9 hours a day, plus both my kids are at home doing virtual school (the whole district is virtual) so helping them and doing my work is so hard! This video came at a perfect time. I did get these rolling 3 tier carts on amazon for each of us and have all of our supplies we need, our computers, chargers, headphones, pens/pencils, paper, etc. and it helps to stay organized.
I recently started a full time job that is 100% remote, which is something I’ve never done before. So this is super helpful! I never thought about some of these tips so I’m going to try implementing them and hopefully I’ll be more productive!

I do focus plus i get to do a lot around the house instead of being stuck in traffic but everyone i know is telling me its not healthy to be home so much. I use to travel and now its not possible, my friends and family live far so i dont get to see them. Not everyone minds staying home, wish they understood how productive and comfortable i am.
I just want to feel happy again. Like when I was a kid I woke up happy now I roll out of bed looking for an excuse to keep living. Recently I started using Forwago and I think it helps me. I feel that I am on a good path to become a happier person. Wish me luck!

I would also say if possible work in times that works for you usually I work best in the morning and peak by like 4-5pm. But when I was in college I would do my best work at night. Also coffee helps so much !!

I was really struggling with my self-confidence. The way I changed this is through trying to convince myself that I can do everything and making small things on my personal progress. Every little change you achieve will boost your confidence. Kind of a virtuous circle! The one thing that really helped me to do so was Forwago and I am so thankful because I found about it.
I do need these tips to keep me working. I'm working while studying, it was hard for me. I'm using the Connecteam app right now to help me go through it.

Nice video feel unsure about some of your advice or tips. I don’t expect some of them to help me. Because I’m a homebody, unemployed but a full time college student, I just want my alone time to do productive work. I love nature as much you do, but I’m not the kind of person to go out and do productive work when there’s bunch of people. Libraries aren’t probably for me because of my eating habits or it’s just I love snacking. I’ve been lacking vitamin D, people thinks they don’t need as much. There’s been bunch of studies that lack of vitamin D can make you feel gloomy or kind of depressed. So keeping your lights on or being exposed to actual sunlight can be helpful.

Getting ready is so important, whether you're going somewhere or not. It gets you ready for the day, and reduces the chances of jumping back in bed
