It's been a year that we moved from NYC to Florida and our HOA has denied us to pave our backyard. I'm so mad!! They said it's part of the common ground. Now I want to sell and buy in a place where there is no HOA. Your back yard and Lanai look very nice. Enjoy.
Your lanai looks really nice! Can't believe you had to wait 4 months to get approved. HOA don't make things easy for the owners but I'm glad you have a space to chill and entertain 👍🏻
I’ve been in the screen enclosure business going on 25 years. I noticed while filming inside that the enclosure company used one by two open back to connect to the roof. And did the screw connection from underneath up into the roof. Which is the wrong way. You will soon have separation between the roof and wall due to wind load.
They should’ve used a 2 x 2 at the top for the roof connection and put and used 4 inch self tapping screws with a nylon washer through the top of the roof and down into the wall connection
MY BROTHER THANK YOU FOR COMING BACK YOU WAS REALLY MISSED :)
You the man Yohan

The new additions to your house look great. It looks like a good place to just relax and unwind. The vibe I get from Florida, or at least in the Tampa area, is very laid back. People like to just chill. That's why I think it's the place for me. I hope to move there in 2023.
2023! Sounds like you have an achievable goal.
Everything looks wonderful bro luv the set up

It looks amazing Eric! What company did you order the Lanai extension from? It looks like aluminum material?
Hey man me and the wife have been talking about extending our screened in porch as well. How much did this run you
Good info! Did you have to do the same thing for the fence or did the house come with it?
I bought it fenced but it's a similar process
Nice!
Thank you brother
@@EricEvolving yessir glad you back you know im tuned in bro! 👍🏿
i know how it is regarding HOA. lol. good stuff man. you gotta let me know who you went with for the pavers.
I honestly wouldn't recommend them... Had some issues with them.
Hi Eric
Hey Deborah
ERIC!!!! Where you been???
Been away but I'm back
Did you buy the materials or did you hire a contractor who put it all together for you and they bought the material?
Hire sub contractors who quoted me for labor and materials.
Looks great, do you have the contractors' info?
Did you have to pull permits for your local municipality? And where is your son?!!
Son is here with me now. I handled hoa paperwork, the contractor did everything else.
I strongly dislike HOA. I would have enclosed another 40% of the space of the pavers section. Your current setup looks a bit tight.
