When I get around an offshore school, I love to see how many different lures/techniques that I can catch them on. It helps me to build confidence in lots of them. I also have a 3 cast rule when fishing a school. 3 casts without a fish and I change to a different rod/lure. I have caught as many as 65 bass from a single school in just over 2 hours doing this.
Thank you for your videos!! A year into strictly bass fishing. Never fished highland reservoirs before I moved to ga. and finding tackle, rods, structure and cover has been challenging. These videos are helping me to understand a ton.
You help my fishing techniques more than you know. Thank you Tyler. You've helped to make fishing fun again for me.
Seem to me is using FINN fishing gloves is the best techniques. LoL
I hammered them at East Harbor over the weekend from a kayak!
Thank You!
The Japanese have to use smaller 2 piece rod due to using a bicycle for transportation. I work for the Japanese but most of them are serious about their golf game
Great information thank you I have been know the difference in line size but did not think about the way it would affect the lure
Great points. I watched videos of pros throwing the same stuff I do on completely different gear and have wondered if I was doing it wrong. It's gotta feel right for you
Great video!! Thanks for the awesome advice!! Stay Safe & God Bless!!! 🤠👍
Great information thank you
New subscriber really like your videos and tips. Best channel I’ve found in a while.
Hope you got around all the Ohio Valley storms last night. I was streaming my chase information and praying for all of you in the storms path.
On the other side, thanks for another great video!!
Thank you
Great tip Tyler!
Thank you! Thanks for watching
Great videos Tyler, super helpful with a bass newbie like myself. I’m interested in getting a Finn shirt from your company, how does the sizing run?
Took me 15 years and this video to figure this out lol great video
Getting ready to take my new fishing kayak out for the 1st time, and just bought a ton of new tackle and gear for fishing plastics. I have lure fished in Wisconsin and Ohio for many years, but brand new to plastics this year. What is your opinion on the Slobberknocker and Snap jigs?
I tried everything over in East Harbor from a kayak, Only lure that hit was a Yamamoto senko black and blue tip wacky worm for me.
Others anglers there were hitting on shad looking swimbaits and a dirty brownish green chatterbait.
Have you tried the Berkley Nessie? Would love if you made a video on it. I threw the 5 inch Sunday in a clear pond and had so many bass follow and I would kill it and they would turn away. I finally had a 3lb commit and I landed him but still really haven’t figured out a good retrieve. It’s extremely slow sinking and working it with the reel handle twitches seem to look the best in the water.
Don't kill it... a bait fish that is about to get eaten doesn't stop moving while it's being followed. You should speed up if anything, get more erratic
@@Michaelpruis thank you I will definitely try that next time. I catch a lot of bass in that big pond but never seen so much action with that Berkley Nessie.
I’m having a hard time just catching 5 fish. But I’d love to experiment.
We're all watching videos trying to learn new rigs and new techniques. Never get in a comfort zone, try something new when the bite is good.
Yesterday I lost a fish close to a dock on a bubble gum worm
I retied a bladed jig and caught him
Earlier in that day I caught a fish right at the bank but my swim bait fell apart I put on another swim bait in a completely different color and caught another fish in almost the same spot I caught the other
Color was the name of the game it was location and switching up baits
I used white/chartruese, a bluegill color & bubblegum
My best spybait day was on a 7-foot medium-heavy Shimano zodias with a spinning reel on it 10 lb braid and 12 lb leader
The fuck is a spy bait?!? Am I the only one. Great channel. Start a podcast.
Worse case is you can justify having so much tackle.
all i can afford is my lund angler. am adding lvs34 to it. can't wait for the weekend!
I'm in the market to reduce taxes and inflation. Hello U. S. Government I need a bass boat.
If you figure out how together past the luxury tax let us all know.
Buy a kayak
Yesss!! Second 😅
