You need go to Costco business and check out the meat over there. They sell enormous packs of meat. I’ll normally spend less than $100 a week there doing carnivore /keto. I’m one of those guys where I like to buy large packs of meat and cut up and freeze portions. I even grind my own beef ground for burgers. I don’t do process patties or purchase pre-ground meat, once the meat has been broken that’s when bacteria gets in. I love grinding up my own meat and immediately making some good medium rare burgers.

I just want to say that $15 a day is not much in our current society, but it's still more expensive than eating lower quality food. You can make a bucket of rice and beans, add some chicken thighs and sweet potatoes, you got a very cheap day of eating. But you're filled up with fiber and less nutritious, less bioavailable food that you are potentially reacting negatively to. Sometimes you just have to realize that health is your best investment and pay what it's worth to eat the best you can.

Wish Canadian Costco had anything close to any of these ingredients. A couple I've seen have grass fed burgers but they are not 100% beef and have other added ingredients. No raw dairy at all. They got 1 kinda grass fed cheese from kerry gold. They have organic honey but not raw.
Well, they do actually have some organic fruit, so there's that.... but most of the good stuff Paul mentioned is not available in Canadian Costcos sadly.

How do we know if the labels are accurate? Some of the labels are misleading to what the FDA allows product to be called. for instance "free range" eggs just means an end of a chicken house is open with a couple of feet outside available for the chickens to use. They are still packed inside.

$15 a day… you can do better. Buy some Sea Buckthorn and Organic Blueberries they are dirt cheap. Banana also dirt cheap. Ground beef is much more inexpensive too. I pay like $6-7 a day for organic berries, ground beef and cream. I live in Sweden but prices are comparable. I’m so full I’m barely hungry next day.

What are your thoughts on frozen fruit vs fresh fruit. From my understanding, most frozen fruits retain more nutrients vs fresh and longer shelf life.
