The paper container that Vital Proteins comes in is awful. Saved my plastic container for now, but will be looking for an alternative product.

Vital proteins. I hate the new packaging so hard for us Seniors to open. It says Pinch and pull open. Pinch What? I got it open but then the paper lid kept popping up so I just transferred to the old Plastic Container so save your container. wow first they discontinued the scoopers but glad I save one to use over and over. Geez. I laughed when you said food warming tray How genius. I still have two of them that were my mothers and I'm 74 years old & use them on the holidays.

I love those pumpkin seeds! Mixed with whole milk yogurt and a splash of maple syrup = HEAVEN!
I wanted to mention about that Cuisinart air fryer: ours broke within 8 months. You use the dial as a button and main mode selector, and it wears out to the point where it won't function. We returned it and got the Ninja flip which is stainless steel and aluminum, and flips up to save counter space when not in use. I highly recommend that model at Costco.
Cuisinart uses crap garbage low quality switches ✌️

Hi Bobby, first of all thank you for all the information you provide. I’ve been watching you for a while and have passed on many of your videos. But I am writing to say I had knee surgery at the end of June for a torn meniscus, a cyst and bone spur. I tried many things for a year and it wasn’t getting better but worse and excruciating. I am so glad I had the knee surgery. The PT is helping a lot and is so important. My knee is improving all the time. Best wishes to you and many blessings.

My local Costco here in suburban Atlanta, GA has that sirloin. We love it..! For us, it is seasoned perfectly and is a perfect medium rare. One has to be careful heating it up so as not to lose that perfect rareness..! It is prep sliced which is an additional perk. There are two packages inside the box. One package is enough for two meals for my husband and one yummy roast beef sandwich on sourdough bread from Aldi. (Best price for REAL sourdough made with only flour, water, salt and sourdough starter.- no yeast.)
Or buy fresh beef and cook it yourself for way cheaper and taste better lmao
The fact that we have to do such investigative research and mental gymnastics when buying basic necessities to survive is just ridiculous…our government has completely failed us and harm us more than help us…this just makes me so angry…support your local farmers people…only way to get less poisoned food

Yes, Trump seems very willing to work with RFK Jr. on cleaner food, less subsidize only to be destroyed instead of given out natural foods, clearer labels with less government corruption over our food supply when it comes to safety and American quality standards. I live in an area where there are many poor school children and the government provides food like pop tarts, doing away with deals are the types of things that are not infringing on corporations rights, but rather corporations getting access to money in government deals that completely go against capitalism and the American way. There needs to be a major revamp of food connections from prisons to hospitals and especially with children. Capitalism is giving power to the person with the money, not taking away power from the person at the bottom by the government, taking money in taxes to provide for free what isn’t safe wanted due to deals. Government genuinely governs our lives. People want to act like it’s more benevolent for Democrats to federally act like dictators, but the Republican conservative way of bringing it back down to the local school level when it comes to choices is actually what people want. Roe v. Wade was never about whether or not abortion was legal, it was about whether the federal government gets to dictate laws or the local people get to vote in laws. Trump gave the votes back to the people and the only people that disagree with that think they are always going to be able to have a federal dictator that thinks like them.
I wish Vital proteins would put the scoop back in.

Whenever I get yogurt that is a little loose and soupy i combine it with a granola mix. let it stand for a while if you don't want too much crunch.

I can’t remember where I saw this, but you seem to need just a little bit of silica to make the collagen and biotin more bio available like two drops in your smoothie or in your coffee or whatever.

The yogurt is like the yogurt that is at every continental breakfast in Europe: So delicious and healthy.

God bless you, i’ve prayed hours over the Jewish people this year with what’s gone on and as I watched the IDF shorts and news out of the area. So like what Amos 1 warned as even a pregnant woman and her child were harmed in an attempt of others to expand borders into Israel by harming civilians and refusing to give up even our American hostages. We pray peace, especially that Jerusalem is at peace. As a Christian family we do Friday dinner with communion (what Jesus did during Passover/the last supper with the pieced Matza) and Saturday relaxation too, although we allow for grilling and such that we don’t feel convicted by God that something so peaceful is work but I honor and respect any god given convictions you have. Samson didn’t get in trouble because eating grapes and hair cuts are bad but rather that was his promise in how he would honor him and he broke that. God looks at the heart. We have church on Sunday and while we worship God most Christians would agree it’s less restful and more worshipful, learning, or lots of volunteering, but we get that God blessed Saturday and it is for us to slow down. 💕 Jesus too said God made sabbath for man. Let everyone come to appreciate the blessing of resting with our Lord.
We have that exact warming tray. Use it daily to warm the plates while we prepare dinner. Love it.

Those pumpkin seeds are delicious! I love them on salads and for a healthy snack.
For a woman, it also helps with seeded cycling each month for needed nutrients and hormone balance. Wh Basically eat them when your aunt Flo comes to visit and the next few days after, then switch to eating sunflower seeds until your aunt flow comes to visit.

Aloha, yes go and get your knee repaired I just got my meniscus root repair. On my 2nd week now. Along with all the rips sewn up and shaving of my cap etc. if you have a root repair. It’ll take some time to heal. So as to not tear up all the sewing done. But yes love your videos. I have been following and using your app for 3 yrs. And it has helped me in every way. And I’m always sharing with everyone at the stores shopping. Appreciate you a lot. Thanks!

I eat the yogurt. It’s great and is not soupy. Maybe they got a batch that was shaken up. It you want it thicker, line a strainer with a coffee filter and hang it over a bowl. It will get so thick like solid cheese.

I’ve been buying the vital proteins for sometime now thank you but this new packaging is horrible. A person with arthritic hands very difficult. I had to open it and use my last screwup plastic container so it’s easier for me to access.
Do not buy the ninja it is so bad, save up and get the vitamix

Bobby - my husband had his meniscus removed, and they told him he’d eventually need a knee replacement. Almost 20 years later, he’s still going strong without that. My PRP for a torn rotator cuff tendon worked beautifully. Good choice!

Re: the yogurt...you can make your own Greek-style. Just empty the yogurt into a cheesecloth-lined strainer over a bowl in the fridge and cover the whole shebang with plastic wrap (to keep any funky odors out ;). Let it drain the whey --save the whey for your smoothie! --to whatever thickness you want. That's how any Greek yogurt is made: straining. Store it in a container in your fridge. Note: Before you send the hate, cheesecloth is easily found in a grocery or hardware store and relatively cheap.

Don’t do it. You’re going to need a total knee replacement. I’ve had the meniscus scopes only to tear again. 6 times. If I had to do it over I would not have had the 1st one. Meniscus tears goes hand in hand with needing Total Knee Replacement.

Meniscus surgery? They won’t do that around here. I tore my meniscus in each knee six years ago. Tried PRP, orthovisc , monovisc, Cortizone. Nothing really works except a knee replacement.

Yes. There have been large scale investigations and lawsuits on it and payouts due to its toxicity and adverse health effects. I’m sure it’s public and readily available information for those interested in looking into it. I believe even some movies have been made on some of the larger cases.

I've purchased and consumed many containers of the yogurt recommended here. I love it and use it for many thinks, including as a mayonnaise substitute. I highly recommend it.

I share the sentiment. I got so sick of it, I now shop by a rule: any sugar or artificial sweetener and it goes back on the shelf. Also applies to using fruit juice as sweetener. Basically has to say 0g added sugars.
