haha, we had a drag race earlier, but the camera wasnt recording. Basically it was a tie for the first 1-2 seconds, then i just blew right past him. its got 11+ miles over the boosted mini s and 8+ over the mini x

@@RonnieSarmiento My first 2 esk8's were used meepo's but the customer service is inconsistent so even though I had to no issues because they don't offer solid US support I can't recommend them. Well can't recommend ordering from them directly.
SleptOn as of today Meepo has actually upgraded their customer service, with more hires and on a new site.
I'm waiting for my v3 and I'll be a first time rider but if I love it I'll be ordering this one as well. Much better for taking it on a nyc train. Great video dude

People without a SKATEboarding background dont realize how sketchy fast speeds are with such a short board.

Emilio Lopez just know that riding your board at max speeds a lot will not get you the specified mileage, at least not on these boards.
@@majorpuffen7444 well i at least want 15 miles out of it cuz i saw reviews and the most it would hit is 13 on the nls and that's not good i know there are different variables so we will see

It IS way to fast! Just got my meepo mini 2 (not the ER) AND I LOVE IT!!! Its incredible, the board has nice concave which really locks your feet in, and the kicktail is amazing for manuals and pivoting. They upgraded me with the 6.0 esc, which comes with a nice remote, and a "hidden speed mode" which is why I can hit 29mph flatground I believe, which they only advertise 25mph for the non-ER board.
I'll be going 20mph in promode, hit full throttle and it will still kick me back. And the braking is very strong(which can be toned down) I recommend this board for experienced riders.
I hut 31 in speed 3. Which I think is expert. Idk if it goes faster on pro. Also this is my first board. And I would definitely recommend as ur first board. I wouldn't get anything slower.
I’m getting this for sure!!!! Boosted Board mini is so expensive like Boosted mini S goes 18 miles per hour and for the X it goes 20 miles per hour, but they’re so expensive!!! but now that I see a meepo board that goes 29 miles per hour!!!! For $379!!!!! Omg almost cheap but really fast, thank u so much Ronnie for posting this video🙏🏻💪🏻

Products can fail no matter who makes em. Hope you don’t have to experience that!
they are good about replacing broken parts for free and providing shipping info on parts, just message them through facebook messenger. And don't let your board get water damaged, that will void your warrenty
Westley Kingsbury not everybody gets that luxury. I see many complaints about meepo having bad service overall when it comes to reliability and meepo handling reliability issues

Got my mini 2 er in this week....i mean man, i fking rode over 15km and it had 79% battery, speedmode 3, when i was home...it had 52% left...this board wont even die on me. I think the range is underestimated...

How do you do emergency braking on these things? Like, what if a granny steps out in front of you?
LUCAS KELLY jump off the board a kick your foot backwards to stop the board and then focus on stopping your body. You can drag your foot on the ground also, called foot breaking.
Either the granny dies or the skating person 🤣
I ain't normally wearing protective gear but with this one I'd get me some knee pads and a helmet lmao shits crazy. Crashing on this going 30 is like a big time scooter crash.
People have died on scooters going less than 20 mph. Can’t imagine what 30mph will do to ya.

Not sure from the video Ronnie, but looked like the brakes are on the weak side, or were you just slowly braking on purpose?
I was doing it mad slow because of how fast I was going. I didn’t want to it slam at 28mph. I’ll say that the brakes are smooth, but could be stronger. For normal riding it’s fine, but for intense riding where you need instant braking these are a touch too soft
How do you get the miles per hour on the bottom

I have two Meepo boards (V2 & V3) for over three years. When these boards work, they are great fun. However, This is my major issue with Meepo. After riding your new Meepo board, fully expect the ESC AND /OR BATTERIES TO FAIL! It has happened to me four times. If your board is problem free for more than a year, consider yourself lucky. The proof is in the warranty. 6 months & 3 months for spare parts. This shows that Meepo does not believe in their products.

My first time on, The remote auto shut off and i was cranking it trying to get power, i somehow turned the remote back on after i thought it was off, and cranked it on mode 3. the board went flying and i went sideways 5 feet up in the air, good thing i've skated my whole life and i landed okay on my elbows. but damn, so much torque! this thing has tons of torque at low speeds. my only complaint was that the back wheels started squeeking.

Don't buy anything from meepo. I bought the v2 plus last year when it first came out. I tried to order sleeves for the upcoming summer 8 months later only to be told it was discontinued.
The customer service was no help. And now I have a electric board collecting dust cause I can't order parts for it anywhere.

Ive had mine for a week. Unbelievable speed and build quality is excellent. Never been on a longboard, so coming from a traditional skateboard, this thing feels hella smooth 😎

Would you buy a not waterproof cell phone? Why would you buy a not waterproof skateboard for 500$ and risk vraking it getting wet m.MAKE UR VOARDS WATERPROOF AND ILL BUY ONE!
Not waterproof? ...not buying ever....risk braking you 500$ board because of rain or a puddle or just wet at all ...bope sorry ...auch a bad losing point! They are losing millions of dollars and thousanda and thousands of customers from just not spending 20-40$ more to make it all waterproof i65 like many other boards
Have a meepo mini 2 er acne have put a little over 200 miles and I just had to watch videos cause the back right wheel started giving me issues and wouldn't push the board so it was only going off of one wheel, that really just the performance as it barely does 20 so I took the cover off the back and saw that where it connected that it looked like the wire had got hot or something and looked to be shorted out our something. I disconnected the wires and cleaned them all up and put it back together and it came right back on, hopefully this won't continue cause I don't want to keep replacing things, like the motor on the wheel itselfor the ecu. I got this new for just under 300 including tax which is a great price as it retails around 650 from what I saw. But I have no warranty through meepo... That's the only bummer. Highest I've hit is 29mph but battery was around 70% and hitting decent sized pebbles at that speed make you pucker your backside real quick cause you don't wanna go rollin an tumbling at that speed in shorts an a t-shirt. Highest it's gone just maxing out the controller while holding it in the air is 32mph. For a small cruiser, it's AWESOME

Hi Ronnie...i have meepo 2 mini ER and i cant understand something...i have mode 1, and i press accelerate and he goes with 13-14km...if i stop accelerate and press again with same mode the speed ups, and i do it again, and speed keeps up, always in the same mode...the same situation in mode 2...3 and 4 i think is same, same speed...do you know why???

Hey do u know if the ER and the standard still do different top speeds? They are both advertised as 28mph and only advertise different range! I ordered a mini2 standard because I thought they were the same esc and top speed now!? If it really is 4 mph slower than my other Meepo boards I do NIT think I want it as I bought a board advertised for 28mph so expect it to go 28mph or same as all my other Meepo boards that specs are 28mph! If they still use a different esc I would like the company to send me the other esc used as anything slower is NOT safe for me as I ride on the streets and if I need to do that 30mph or close to it but can't... It will be very unsafe as if I need to move fast I NEED TO MOVE FAST!!!!

Ronnie, im from the Philippines. Can you recommend an electric skateboard for me? Im not a skater, but with traffic here, this will be heaven sent. But im not sure if the voltage will be okay here, and then there's boosted vs other brands... But i prefer something light (so i guess the mini)....
for the metrics out there 28mph = 45kmh .... no way I'd go faster on a small board like that

I’m not sure if you know but meepo boards have 4 ride modes but the 3rd and 4th ride modes have the same top speed the 4th ride mode gives you more start up Power
