It would be made up swears even without Disney's involvement. Very few Marvel properties go above PG-13 even in their source material, and Guardians is not one of them.

In the game, that scene isn't just a moment of friendship. The game takes place early in the story of the Guardians, it's just been a year and they haven't really gelled as much yet, there are trust issues.
The game has a very well written script, and this moment comes after all characters complete their emotional arcs and finally accept each other. It takes long to get there. If this crash happened at the beginning of the game, everybody would be yelling at Starlord with derisive remarks.
This is where they have finally become a family after a long and arduous struggle with a lot of things, and it is even more beautiful and warm in the context of the game and story.
The game is not perfect, but this, the story and the acting, they nailed it.
It kinda is, really.
This is the moment in the game where the team finally meshes with each other and becomes very close. Early on in the game they argue with each other and Rocket is very upset with Quill for a previous mission and very temporarily leaves the team. But everybody has gone through some scut together by this point, and this is a very touching moment where they all get along and no longer doubt is distrust each other. It's beautiful really.

I like how they make fun of you for going off track to find collectables. One it's funny, two it lets me know that if I go in that area I'm going to find something extra and not just progress the story

Considering rocket was experimented on and basically reduced to an object and not a person, it makes perfect sense why he doesn’t want this. It reduces him into an object to be used and tossed aside, which is what he’s against

Gamora's secret doll collection always got a chuckle out of me, i really want a sequel so bad bcuz i want to see more of the backstory between gamora and nebula. i just wanna see what actually happened between them and to see if she really died, but man this cast was soo good.
