I just realized Rocket has a slight obsession with taking people’s prosthetics and laughing at them because of the High Evolutionary.
Laughing at other people’s imperfections made him feel better about not being considered perfect by the High Evolutionary.

All these lines hit a little different after volume 3.
Honestly i saw it as him remembering his past friends, since most their limbs were replaced with prosthetics..
I thought it was because of his past and how his old friends had limbs removed

@@RT-zn9bj eh, I feel like he knows the difference. Knows he’s different and feels as though he isn’t an animal, even though he has the physiology of one. So, of course naturally he isn’t going to want to be treated as such. I don’t think it applies to animals in general, just himself.

Easily one of my favorite Mcu characters. He's hilarious, complex, adorable, and awesome all at once. I'm also just a huge sucker for the "small and angry" and the "pushes people away angrily because of how much they care" characters, so he's literally perfect for me.
