Me too. The scene in which the Queen dies while she screams in grief made me so sad, because watching Shuri in the other movies, you would never think she could cry like that. It was unsettling. It was then that I knew that the old Shuri was gone. And while the new Shuri is terrific, I will still miss her constant humor.
The comedy here is different because it’s not quipping or forced humor, it’s mostly just natural dialogue expressed by characters. Shuri and T’Challa’s sibling love is probably one of my favorite things in all of the MCU.

Most Marvel films happen in America with American characters, so the ones that don't tend to stand out more, at least in my opinion. But Klaue has the best aspects of a mustache twirler, he’s evil for no real reason but still an actual threat. He’s not the best villain in the MCU overall, that title is on Thanos for the foreseeable future. But he’s definitely one of the better human villains.
When rewatching Civil War, Black Panther, Infinity War, and Endgame for BP: Wakanda Forever, it just reminded me how amazing Chadwick was as this character, how no one else could’ve played T’Challa, and I respected their decision to not recast him even more 😢
I mean I fully believe the guy who's playing blade would've probably been another great choice for t'challa I definitely agree with not recasting him after the fact.

Cancer is the ultimate supervillain, and I’m being completely un-ironic; it’s ruthless, shifty, and utterly indiscriminate. It can be very hard to see and you can’t negotiate or reason with it. It took my mother, at least one aunt, and put a close colleague through the wringer. Truth may be stranger/more terrifying than fiction sometimes, but that doesn’t make it any easier to accept.
Shuri: This Corset is really uncomfortable! So could we wrap it up and go home! So relatable, like when I go to someone’s wedding, birthday party or any other event or occasion. I will be like: are we done, I want to go back to being normal.
