Honestly while not as strong as the original it does it's absolute damnest to build off what the first film laid down.
Honestly M'baku is the real MVP of this movie and his interactions with Shuri are some of the best. They really show not only how much time passed but how much M'baku really is a leader. He may be harsh at times but he knows what is and what isn't and i always love the line "the world has taken to much from you for you to be a child."

When my work group went to see the movie, the movie opened with T’Challa’s passing and funeral, there was not a single dry eye on the theater. All people of all races and nations wept and mourned together when it became real that Brother Chadwick has indeed passed on to the Ancestral Plane.
There were so many moments in this movie where we both wept in sadness and pure laughter at the humor and heart still present in this movie.
This movie showed that despite everything going wrong, we still talked shit while facing Avenger-level threats because we knew that when we all worked together, we were unstoppable.

I watched the movie a few days ago and it had some funny clips especially the one where the girl tell's okoye that she needs to be conscious of the way she looked walking around here with that ash on her head and the way shuri laughed and cleared her throat like nothing happened a long with the part where okoye tell shuri that she can be discreet and the way shuri looked at her got me laughing and when m'baku called okoye a balled headed demon I died of laughter cause this movie was both funny and sad at the same time.
