Meal prepping can be a hassle for some, while others find it to be a highly beneficial habit. In an effort to improve our lifestyles, I'd like to share some budget-friendly and healthy meal prep ideas that can make our lives a little simpler. Let's get together today and prepare some fulfilling yet easy-to-make meals that will last for the first half of the week.
Ingredients:
Seared Salmon -
4 Salmon filets
1 1/2 tbsp grape-seed oil
1 tbsp, no salt all-purpose seasoning
2 tsps chili powder
2 tsps onion power
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon Pepper Chicken Thighs-
4-6 skinless and boneless chicken thighs
2 tbsp, grape seed oil
1 1/2 tbsps, no salt lemon pepper seasoning
1/3 cup, green seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Brussel Sprouts -
1-2 lbs brussel sprouts
1 tbsp, no salt all-purpose seasoning
1/2 tsp, chili flakes
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsps garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Green beans -
1.2 pounds green beans
2 tsps, no salt all-purpose seasoning
2 tsps, onion powder
2 tsps garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
A splash of water
Salad bowls -
3 cups, kale, chard & spinach greens
1 tomato, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1 cucumber, diced
1/3 cup of cilantro
8 tbsps, dairy-free feta crumble
1/3 lemon, squeezed
Salt and pepper to taste

I suggest that you turn your meat over and season the back first and then the front it keeps the seasoning on the top.

It's easier to meal prep if you know how to season your food well,because I struggle n get nervous with using the correct seasoning.

Loved the video but save your money, use straight psyllium husk... extremely cheap product, use a squeeze of lemon for the "citric acid", a dash of Redmond Sea salt and if you must, a bit of stevia... boom "colon broom"
All of that looks delicious!! For the thighs are they with or without skin? Also do you put any oil or anything in the pan before adding the chicken or salmon?? ❤❤❤

I couldn't imagine frying fish in my house. It would take forever to get the smell out! Looks very good though.
Salmon doesn't have a fishy smell so there would be no smell to get rid of. Try it you might like it!!
You should try boiling lemons 🍋, or the used lemon rind, cinnamon and cloves after cooking fish, it really takes the fishy smell away 😉
My mom placed a small bowl filled with lemon juice and apple cider vinegar to remove the odor of fish.
Air purifier for the win. I always turn it on high when cooking
