This is probably the best, clearest, easiest to see and understand tutorial for crochet that I’ve seen. Very nice pattern too! Thank you!
Thanks so much 😊
Thank you for sharing this pattern, and for showing how to add the border, instead of saying just add a border if you want to.
You’re welcome!
I agree! It was so helpful! The border was shown really well too.
I agree thank u u are very helpful explaining
Yes amanda is excellent at tutorials, doesnt rush and explains in detail.
Thank you so much!
I appreciate how clearly you explained and demonstrated all the steps.
Thanks!
Love your tutorials Amanda. Thank you 😍
Glad you like them! 😊🧶
Excellent tutorial! Especially showing exactly where to put the stitch markers. A lot of times someone will say put a stitch marker at the end of the row, but I was never sure exactly what stitch to put it in. You’ve made it very clear.
Glad it was helpful!
It is so easy to follow your instructions. I can't wait to try the next tutorial. Thank you!
You are so welcome! 😊
I love this stitch! I started an afghan for my bed, but have put it aside to stick with small projects! This is so pretty! You are a wonderful tutor...thanks! 🌺🌹😊
Thank you! I’m glad you enjoyed this stitch!

Love this pattern! Gonna definitely make these. Love the border in that it's nice and even all the way around. Thanks for the tutorial!
You are so welcome!
Love you tutoring…
This is my first time, one question, when you do Row 1 you should have 28 double crochet, and row 2 and 3 would it be same or 26. Struggling on that part.
This was the best crochet tutorial I've ever followed. Thorough and very clear. Well done. My dish cloth turned out beautifully. Thank you.
I'm so glad my video was helpful! :)
this is the first thing i have made with crochet ever, and was amazingly easy to follow!

I’m so happy I found you. You and another lady on RUclips are the best! I used to crochet years ago and I’m in my 60’s and recently started back. I had forgotten a lot of things and there so many people on here. All are different and some a little confusing but your not so thank you❤❤🧶🧶🧶🧶
I'm so happy to hear you're coming back to crochet! Thank you for your kind words, and I'm glad my videos are helpful. Enjoy and happy crocheting!

Glad it was helpful!
I LOVE Hobby Lobby yarn…❤❤❤
It’s one of my favorites that’s for sure!
Thank you for taking time out to show these good instructions . . . So far this is my best dishcloth yet 😊 not all crooked and wonky! I can see where I make a mistake and then go back to correct it 👌🏼 (I’ve made about 6?) and am getting better each time especially with your great instructions! I love this pattern the most of any too, I’m hoping, in the end I will be pleased and proud of my therapy . . Ummm cloth!! (I NEED to have something creative to do) 😅😊🥰👍🏼
Oh And also the “tilting to see the V” 👀 THANK YOU!!!! 😊🙏🏼
You're very welcome! I'm glad you enjoyed this tutorial and keep coming back to make more of them. Crochet is great therapy to relax and unwind :)

You are soooo easy to follow. Thank you!!❤
Thank you so much! 😊
çok güzel 😍
Thank you!
😍
The Sage is my very favorite color of cotton yarn from "I Love This Cotton". In fact, I am making a huge bath sheet of just that color in the Suzette stitch.
I agree, it is a very pretty color 😍
❤
As long as the play speed is dropped by more than half, I can get this as an absolute beginner, thanks!
You’re welcome! The great thing about videos is that you can slow it down and rewatch the steps over and over again until it makes sense 😊🧶
Thank you for sharing. I love you texture look.. Can't wait to make them. What size hook did you use??
I used a size H hook for this pattern
I love this pattern, and your instructions are great and easy to follow. I think it would be even better if the camera was not so close...
Thank you!
@@AmandaCrochets I finished my first dish towel and the pattern is GREAT 👍🏽
@@vickiesims643 I’m glad to hear!
Is it possible to change color of thread ever 2 rows? Thank you
If you wanted to yes. You can change up the colors however you wish.
Would like to fo a 8x8 so how many chains should i start off at 25, 27 0r 29
It would depend on your tension, but I would try all 3 of those chain amounts and make 2 rows. That should be a good gauge on the size you're looking for :)
Hi Amanda!! Love the pattern. Tried to go to your website to look at written pattern and it said someone maybe impersonating you and not to proceed.
Thanks! That’s odd about my website as I just updated everything, but thanks for letting me know. I’ll have to check on it again.
Amanda do you have a easy poncho video?
No I don’t, sorry!
Your instructions are very easy to follow, I appreciate that. I do have a hearing problem tho and the sport being played in the background is distracting
Thank you! I’m sorry about the background noise. I usually have all my windows shut, but I do live near a busy street, so you probably heard the traffic noises.
Do you sell these? I can't crochet for the life of me but I would buy some of your neato dish cloths and wash cloths.
I do custom orders, so feel free to send a request on Etsy. The link is in the description box below the video 😊
I am having trouble with stitch count. I know you chain 31 but what is your count after row 1?
You will have 28 double crochets plus the chain 3, so 29 total. 🧶
🔴🔴🟢🟢🔵🔵🤗🤗
Thanks!
Why does it have to be cotton
Cotton is a more durable yarn when it comes to cleaning than acrylic yarns. Plus, if you were to grab something hot with acrylic yarns, it has the tendency to melt a little whereas cotton won’t.
