    Excellent tutorial! Especially showing exactly where to put the stitch markers. A lot of times someone will say put a stitch marker at the end of the row, but I was never sure exactly what stitch to put it in. You’ve made it very clear.

      This is my first time, one question, when you do Row 1 you should have 28 double crochet, and row 2 and 3 would it be same or 26. Struggling on that part.

    I’m so happy I found you. You and another lady on RUclips are the best! I used to crochet years ago and I’m in my 60’s and recently started back. I had forgotten a lot of things and there so many people on here. All are different and some a little confusing but your not so thank you❤❤🧶🧶🧶🧶

    Thank you for taking time out to show these good instructions . . . So far this is my best dishcloth yet 😊 not all crooked and wonky! I can see where I make a mistake and then go back to correct it 👌🏼 (I’ve made about 6?) and am getting better each time especially with your great instructions! I love this pattern the most of any too, I’m hoping, in the end I will be pleased and proud of my therapy . . Ummm cloth!! (I NEED to have something creative to do) 😅😊🥰👍🏼

    The Sage is my very favorite color of cotton yarn from "I Love This Cotton". In fact, I am making a huge bath sheet of just that color in the Suzette stitch.

      If you wanted to yes. You can change up the colors however you wish.

    Would like to fo a 8x8 so how many chains should i start off at 25, 27 0r 29

      It would depend on your tension, but I would try all 3 of those chain amounts and make 2 rows. That should be a good gauge on the size you're looking for :)

    I am having trouble with stitch count. I know you chain 31 but what is your count after row 1?

    Why does it have to be cotton

      Cotton is a more durable yarn when it comes to cleaning than acrylic yarns. Plus, if you were to grab something hot with acrylic yarns, it has the tendency to melt a little whereas cotton won’t.
