😂😂😂 @2:46 "Like a podcast about Avatar with Cosplay" has got to be one of the funniest and more apt descriptions of these kind of shows.
I don't mind cheap memberberries. Going against core principals and messages of the show is what pisses me off. Past Avatars telling him to ditch his friends? The spirit world being a cheap monster show? Bending really being like magic. Sorry, no, I have to part because of creative differences.
Yeah I'd rather a closer adaption than one that actively goes against the original
The little argument I heard was sound. But the conclusion remains that it was a success. And let’s add to the fact that they’re reprogramming the standards of what a cast should be. None of the characters are copies of Hollywood standard actors.

I think one episode at a time is probably the best way to tackle it. It'll help show the individual issues moment by moment rather than the overall feeling of disappointment we have haha. Hopefully should be able to start filming them this week!

it is good enough and im thankful netflix did this, it is better than the 2010 ATLA,. it might not be the same as the cartoon but hey that's what every other live action movie does,.just like marvel and DC,. it is hard to follow the cartoon or comic it is damn easy to draw but very hard and expensive to shot,. PEOPLE SHOULD UNDERSTAND THAT

Netflix turned Omashu into Basingse. For example, Zuko and Iroh disguised themselves among Earthbenders, run-in with Jet, Aang meeting with the king, Azula conquering the city in season finale.
The show rushed as hell.

It's funny how everyone has to make a video about how bad it is, when everyone I know IRL liked it, and all are the OG fans.
If you're a real fan, go watch the animated. This is a separate entitity in itself that turned out much better than all the other live shows.
It feels like people expected 13 yeard old Bruce Lee type kids flying around, doing crazy moves and some LOTR type of scenery.
People need to wake up, honestly, it's like we live in a word where everything needs to get shit on on the internet.

Whether this guys admits it or not, he wants a direct retelling of the original. This show is great when you take it for what it is. Not as great as the original but that’s when the comparison between the two starts.
