- This is Queensrÿche's 2nd concert in Japan and outside North America, luckily for us fans it was captured on film -- it was later released in 1985 on VHS and Laserdisc, but has long been unavailable and out of print. This having once been officially released on video, it was originally edited so the tracklisting was different (see the playlist link in the bottom), and it contains some vocal overdubs (like Geoff laughing in the beginning of Nightrider, as well as other bits throughout the show).This bootleg is already to be found on RUclips, but in rather poor quality, so I thought I'd upload a better one.
The concert itself is great, the band is playing fiercely and Geoff is screaming and wailing to the best of his ability, nailing those high notes.
All of the songs are great versions, even if they contain overdubs throughout.

Body Mechanics absolutely my favorite album is the warning but this classic Demo album was truly there first recording! I believe it was only 5 tracks.

I remember when their first EP came out....It really took metal fans by surprise. We were used to basic NWOBHM riffing but besides Iron Maiden, not much in the way of sophisticated, technical songwriting that still rocked.

When I first heard this album, this song in particular, I thought "it cannot get better or heavier than this!" This is one of the greatest metal songs in history. I'm mostly into punk and hardcore, but bands like Queensryche helped get me there. I was honored to see Queensryche in the early-mid 80s, one of the best arena concerts ever!

I was born in 2003... So 19 years after this live performance ^^' and I only known them for 2 years I think. My uncle is so lucky to have seen them live and to have grown up listening to them when they were at their best!

When I finally found a proper VHS transfer (this one), I was stunned at the quality when comparing it to the old versions floating on RUclips (which also used the horribly compressed 2003 tracks).
What wasn't live? Do you have some inside info?
