    Due to the high demand for a follow along I created this video. I know this is essentially a re-upload and there is a reason for not initially making the routine a follow along. I HIGHLY recommend you take this routine and apply it to your own restrictions. Spend more time in positions that you are tight in and less in those that don't need it. However, if you're new to this then it is a great place to start :)

      I would say to take this as a basis and start adding extra stretches that you personally need :)

    I do this routine every morning now and it's a great way to warm up for the day. The only area I feel isn't really targeted is the glutes, so I've begun incorporating a pigeon stretch too. Thanks for the quality content and keep it up.

    This was easily the easiest routine to follow and genuinely left my body feeling a lot more energetic. Straight to the point video, no plugs, no Bs. Awesome work bro. Subscribed instantly.

    Two thing;
    1.) If possible could you make a video on how to fix APT (anterior pelvic tilt)
    2.) Could also make a video on stretches for rest/sleeping or bedtime
    And oh yeah love this video, it's been an absolute treat.

    I've always dabbled in and out of yoga and recently started again, really enjoy your videos and mobility exercises. This one is great but I really have trouble with the squat thoracic rotations. Seeing progress slowly only after a few short weeks but those ones are particularly difficult. Thanks for the videos!

    This is my morning routine before work no matter what. When I have mornings off work I do some of the deeper routines but regardless of my free time this routine is my bare minimum.

      I try to do this mornings before work (variable amount of success). I've tried one or two others but find them too advanced for me (couldn't seem to get into the prescribed positions) so kept coming back to this one.

    I've been looking for something to do on rest days between weight training and whole body body weight exercises. Definitely incorporating the moves you demonstrated. Actually felt relief from soreness the first time I did this. Glad I found your channel and looking forward to getting into this type of movement. Thanks

    I am someone else returning to this video after two to three years away. I see the channel has grown massively. Congratulations to Tom on that. This was the only video I ever got along with. I might retry some of the others, but if nothing else if this one, plus some stretches of hip flexors will hopefully help get me back on track.

      If you have low back pain you shouldn't compress your lower back. I have similar issues and that's the advice I've been given.

      I know! Too funny. Especially the fact he never bothers Tom. Just walks by him. I thought for sure he would stop for a sniff or something. I wonder of someone was sending the dog into the scene as a prank distraction? lol I love that he didn't redo the vid to cut the dog out. Just shows real life. Concentrate and keep it moving.

    I play your video almost every morning. The twisting while squatting was a little tricky at first, but I'm almost comfortable now :D

    I love the 15 minute and 20 minute stretches but this is absolutely brilliant if you are time rushed. Covers the whole body in 5 mins. Everyone has time to do this!

    I actually like your videos better because the other stretches look so "aesthetic" or polished that I don't connect them with my reality of stretching in my bedroom in some random pijamas while my cats watch me. Keep up this casual body stretches please.

    Day 27 of 300
    I hurt my back pretty bad and now I am inconsistent with the stretches.
    Still hurts, but now I am able to continue.
    I will finish no matter what
