We need more things like this, more experimentation. I'm so tired of playing always the same generic games year after year, so I'm all on board with developers proving crazy shit, concepts, mechanics, metaphors, etc.
Unique things like Outer Wilds, Pathologic, etc is why I still in love with gaming, because those things make me think and re-evaluate, they make me emotionally attached to them.
To me this is pure art in game form.

This game really makes you FEEL like a stressed out surgeon.
Rarely do I applaud a game after beating it, but I literally did when I “beat” pathologic.

Nicely written but the repetitive gameplay footage looping ruined the video. You should remake this video with same audio but better footage
tips to improve? get some of your own clips and don‘t loop the trailer 10x times. Also maybe use another soundtrack at some point.
Loot infected houses, if low on immunity, only open uncontaminated lockers

One piece of advice, the only even, never sleep, never ever, the only time you can allow yourself even an hour of sleep is for when you need to dream.
pathing, pathing, pathing. so much of my gameplay is spend studying the map and planning my route to make sure im in an optimal location when planned events are set to happen, like the theatre at midnight. or at least that the theatre is between me and something else important, so that i consider it not too out of the way. the dead item shop most nights is just too important to miss out on. Also, swevery is your best friend. Medrel+ helps with immunity AND exhaustion, so theres no downsides to making as much of it as possible, a FAR better solution than either coffee beans or lemons. If you ever have any time to spare, its worth it to make the trip to shekhen for the 3 twyre gardens, each full of one of the three main twyres as well as a bunch of swevery.
