This is my third time this week making this curry🤗 it’s unbelievable!! It made it to my hand written cookery book when I keep my no fail receipts. Thank you.
Your recipes are without question the best for curries on the whole of YT, every time I've made one it's been out of this world. The only place for curry instructions. Thank you so much xxx
Thank you for such a lovely comment. Do subscribe and share my channel with all your friends and family.
Absolutely love this recipe! We got the airfryer recently and i was worrying how I was going to cope with dry dishes all the time in it but this is a game changer! Thanks so much! ❤xx

Nor did we until we tested out some recipes.... And now we can share our secrets with you.
Interesting!
Glad you think so!
i am eating it as a write, Lady you are a phenomenon, all the stuff of yours i have tried have been really good BUT THIS IS FANTASTIC. I have never tasted a CTM as good as this, in an hour all my friends will know
I like that you didn't need a knife to cut up the cooked chicken, definitely going to try this soon. Thanks Shamza.
Thanks, the chicken is so soft it just melts. Let us know how you get on.
superb i will try this as it looks amazing.
Please do, it's fantastic!
Thanks, can't wait to try it. What brand of food colouring do you use by the way? Does it leave a taste or just mainly for colour?
Excellent recipe. Thank you so much for making these recipes easy to make. My family love them!
My pleasure 😊
Air-fryer Curry Pioneer Kitchen 🙂 😋
Five stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ 👍🏻
Thanks, took some testing but I think it came out great.
Thank you so very much Chef.
You're welcome 😊
just got an air fryer love your recipes the best I have seen so far especially the one pot ones
Thank you and enjoy your airfryer. We ❤️ ours 😊🙌
i just made my second lot & it's just as brilliant( that is not hyperbole ) as the first one, so once again i thank you
Useful option to use an air fryer. Think I’ll stick to a wok though and prepare it in less than half the time.
Gorgeous.
This looks sooooo good 😋
What are the dimensions of the foil tray please? Thanks in advance
Need to try this!! For one of your recipes can you please do Shalgum😍
Wow I am impressed ! You have added a new dimension into cooking curries ! keep it up and we ( my whole family) enjoy your channel ! 😋
Thank you so much 🙂 it was actually my husband who made our first Curry in the air fryer, after I had done the rice ... And we've kept on going... More to come.
That's a very interesting way to do it in one container. I've air fried chicken tikka and then put the crispy cooked chicken into masala in a pot.
Thanks yes that's another way of doing it, this allows you to make a quick meal without all the fuss, and tastes great. Great for those busy days.
Looks fantastic thanks for sharing. I assume you could do chicken korma pretty much the same way?
Excellent advice yummy 🎉.
Your chicken and mushroom pie recipe is very nice. Your food is very nice.
FIRST LIKE AND COMMENT :) Loving your videos as I bought Cosori air fryer yesterday :)
Thank you so much!! Cosori is the best! 🙌 We've just upgraded and can't wait to share more new recipes.
@@MyLittleKitchenRecipes Thank you so much. Lots of love from Tokyo, Japan.
Great video. Can’t wait to try it.
Can't you just make the comment, it is easy to see who is first via the time flag. You don't get any prizes for being first, you just happened to be there when the video was first posted.
Ha...my order made just now. Cosori. Persuaded.
Hiya shaz I think your desi food the best
Seriously your wonderful x
Thanks 😊👍
That looks amazing!! ok I haven’t got air fryer so can I do it normally on the stove?🇬🇧
ruclips.net/video/TbdUVD-qLKs/видео.htmlsi=OIYbcN-_mvgDFFsT. That is my stove top version, slightly different. You could try this version on the stove, just add water as needed.
Reall bair fryer, i seriously thought you meant pressure cooker. Lol. Gonna definitely try this. Thank you
Just tried this. It was very tasty. I did add more chilli though - I chopped and fried some red finger chillis with the half onion that I fried - I don't use the prefried and dried onions enough to make it worth having some open.
Glad it went down well. Thanks for the lovely comment
Another stunning recipe. Can I ask where do you get your food colouring from ?? Xx
Local Asian grocery shops stock the food colouring, or you could use supermarket liquid food colours as they have no taste normally.
i always cook my tikka chicken in the air fryer . i only use dry marinade and spray it with red wine vinegar ,. and cook for 20 mins at 170 . comes out just right for me . not dry or over cooked
that as to be the first .
Ive never seen cooking like that with a air fryer Amazing i would of put
coriander in it love corrander
Thanks Darren yes we did some testing and this came out so well we had to share, more coming.... Keep watching
This looks utterly amazing and so easy for an evening meal, I like the idea of prepping it in the morning and leaving it in the fridge till the evening. Would a pyrex dish covered in aluminium foil work in a conventional oven? I have seem in the comments that might be possible, any change in the timing?
So we gave this a go in our conventional oven, we used a similar sized casserole dish as we didn't want to use a disposable container, covered it with aluminium foil and cooked it at 200c fan oven, took it out after 30 minutes added the cream and butter and gave it another 5 minutes and it was pretty much the same, I think ours was a little bit thinner than yours. I am wondering if replacing the water with some home made base gravy and adding some yogurt for the last five minutes might make the sauce a bit thicker. Great for dinner after a busy day.
What a Simple Recipe to follow using an Air fryer Even I will Have a Go at it🤣 Thank you Shamza
My pleasure 😊 I hope you enjoy
Would like to suggest a great purchase you could make.. the new Pyrex no plastic range.. depending on what fits in your airfryer.. they have glass lids so if you worry about using aluminum its a far better way. I think they do 3 sizes.. they use a silacon as the air tight join the 0.8L version will fit one side of the big double drawer ninja.. so could do rice other side.. also because of glass lid you could put homemade onion bhaji's ontop.. You may get the 1.5L version in your fryer but check the measurements
Thank you
❤❤❤❤ oh my word! Just finished eating this it was amazing! Sooooo easy, thank you for posting this recipe. Sorry I can’t quite get how you pronounce your name. I would personally like a little more gravy, I was going to just add more water but I thought that would just dilute the taste and be too watery. Any suggestions lovely “my little kitchen lady” 🙏 thank you.
Thank you so much for your kind words. You definitely can add water to loosen up the consistency of the gravy but do allow it to come up to the boil and cook. It out for a few minutes before you serve up. Hope this helps.
Getting the Air Fryer for Xmas, ordered the cooking trays, Chicken Tikka Masala for the new year.
Please make more curries using the air fryer.
Enjoy, and don't worry we're testing and will be bringing them to you, so make sure your subscribed.
The chicken and mushroom pie recipe is very nice. Your food is very nice.
Hi Shamsa! I just made this and can’t believe how tasty it is… you’re a genius 😃
My only issue is the smell of burning card from the lid was really scary. Is there any other container I can make it in? Can it be made without the card lid on top? My airfryer is quite small and the medium foil tin was too big. I’m thinking I should make a smaller quantity in a smaller foil tin… What do suggest?
Hi, I've tried it in a pyrex lidded casserole but the it took double the amount of time cook it. You could try that or try portioning it off into a smaller tray, which may be the better option.
Can I use fresh onions? And should I fry them first? Thanks
Such a smart idea. I love a curry but often i'm just too tired after work to go through the process of making one from scratch.
Great channel. My wife LOVES your chicken changezi recipe btw, it's one of our regular weekend treats
Thank you so much! 🙌 This is a brilliant way to prep ahead and just keep them in the fridge, ready to throw into the air fryer after work. No hassle cooking. 😊👍
Great recipe, can you tell me what setting the air fryer was on, I have the Ninja fryer, so is Air Fry or Bake or something else?
When you quote your fryer temperature, are you quoting 200 degrees Celsius ?
Yes I am.
Hi
I have tried several of your recipes and love them.
I am hoping to try this one and would like to add the optional food colourings but I am having difficulty finding them. I live in Spain and buy most of my spices etc from Amazon Spain. The only food colouring I can find seems to be liquid for cakes and I am concerned that they may be sweet. Any ideas?
Also, is the Tandoori seasoning a powder or a paste?
Hi Carol, thanks for your comment. I've used cake colouring without any issues before. My sister is a Baker and swears by them so I use them when I'm out of the powder. Regarding the Tandoori masala, it's a powder and you can find it in almost any Asian food shop (if there is any in Spain) or even on Amazon. Hope that helps. 😊🙌
@@MyLittleKitchenRecipes Thank you.
We do have an Asian shop but it is in the city about 30 minutes drive away and it is impossible to park which is why I buy most of my spices on Amazon. I can get Tandoori powder I just wasn't sure whether you were using that or the paste.
I will try the colouring they have even though it seems to be for cakes. I am sure that the small amount used is unlikely to affect the taste.
Thank you for your videos. Keep them coming.
PS. If I want to cook this for more people than fits in the air fryer could I do the same thing in a regular oven? Any idea what temperature and how long?
@@Carol_in_Spain Yes it should be fine to make in a regular oven although you might need to do a test run, i.e. preheat oven nice and hot and maybe cook at 200c for about 35-40 mins. Have a play first. Good luck. :)
Thanks yes it'll work in the oven also, as youmustquestioneverything has said around 35-40 at around 200 degrees centigrade should do it, but check them at around the 35 minute to make sure they are fully cooked.
What is the alternative for air fryer?? I dont have air fryer
I do have a similar recipe, but this needs to made in a pan. ruclips.net/video/TbdUVD-qLKs/видео.htmlsi=OIYbcN-_mvgDFFsT
Wow this looks genius & really tasty 😋
Need to be trying this
Hope you enjoy
Ideal for people who can’t cook and don’t like washing up pans ,
This is not going be as tasty as pan fried with base gravy or onion water ,marinate over night would help and eat next day 😊
You'll be surprised as to how good it tastes.
think you still need to heat the spices at the beginning in a little oil.. then let it cool and add to the chicken.. also maybe add a teasoon of potato starch and 15ml of water mixed with the 5min left to thicken the sauce
Hey in the bin Stephen, you silly pedant. Wear
What she does works very very well.
*get in the bin
That looks great and very tasty and all in only 35 minutes, wow, no more excuses for not making a good curry. I am going to try that. Only one question, why do you use pre-fried onions instead of normal fresh onions chopped very fine?
@@rikkadeec lol everyone knows you cook spices out to get a fuller flavour.. suppose you could do it with the actual onions if you cook them yourself. I also wouldn't have covered it for the last part to get some char on the chicken.
Just amazing!! Thank you for sharing. Stephen if u can do better, show us!!!
You are turning into the Air Fryer empress!!!
Thank you, we use it almost daily so I experiment alot with it.
Can I make this dish in a regular oven ? Thanks
How Long you marinate for? Looks good
Preferably overnight as that will let the flavours develop, but you can get away with an hour of marinating if your in a hurry. :)
😋
👍👍👍
Wow, you cook the chicken in an air fryer.
Can I just confirm the ingredients are measured in teaspoons? The piles just looks a lot bigger than that but maybe it’s the camera angle. Going to try it tonight.
All ingredients measurements given on screen are correct. It's just the way the camera is positioned. I hope this was enjoyed 😊
Looks good a little point to make here is your actual steaming this dish so it could be cooked exactly the same in a microwave, obviously glass dish covered in clingfilm , or a conventional oven in the foil tray but not very cost effective, unless you did several and frozen them , I’d also marinate your chicken in the tray for at least 24 hours or 48 hours, keep up the good work 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻
❤❤❤
unfortunately my air fryer is too small forthe tray, can i stack them if i need ti do 2?
Can you use yogurt instead of cream ?
You can although the taste will be different, cream will bring the richness to the dish.
I dont want to pick, but can you clarify the quantity of water. You said you had 60ml in the jug (in the ingredients section) and stated this as 6 tbsp but 60ml is only 4 tbsp.
Hii there, I've used a measuring spoon to measure the 60ml of water out and it was 6 tablespoons worth. Just go with the 60ml. Sorry to confuse you, I've just measured this out again now.
What option in air fryer? Like bake, chicken, or air fry?
Mine doesn't have an option, but it'll most likely be airfry.
@@MyLittleKitchenRecipes ok, thank you, looks delish, excited to try inshallah x
💜👍💜👍
Can you give me detail of your air dryer please

Yes do so for sure and help the channel out by using my amazon affiliate link
Totally amazing tikka masala
Thank you so much
What if you don't have a cooking tray could I use something else 🤔
I would highly recommend the tray but if you don't have one then a pyrex bowl or casserole dish that fits your airfryer will work too.
OK, I will it's just that I've got everything else at home, but the tray 😢
I could just make one instead. I have the time 😊
Looks absolutely delicious! Can't wait to make it. Thank you for an easy and fab recipe. Xx
Do you need a lid for the pyrex bowl? @@MyLittleKitchenRecipes
This is butter chicken ??
No this is chicken tikka masala. :)
It tastes lovely but my chicken wasnt soft after 30 mins + 5. Im gonna try another 10 mins.
It would just be nice to have something else to cook it in other then aluminum that so very bad for you. But love your recipes and video's.
Thanks, if you can find a dish that fits then of course you can use that.
I can’t eat dairy. Washing is the shop bought cooked onions. Why. Just why. 😮.
You just make butter chicken!
💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋💋
I like your voice .so feminine
I can't see a point of making this recipe in the air fryer... It looks like it takes the same time as doing it in a pan... I'm new with air fryer, trying to get the gyst of it and collecting recipes to make in it, I probably missed something.
No. I didn’t see it here first. Rik from Backyard Chef did this way before you. It was either on his Backyard Chef or Not another curry channels.
No he didn't, there's no air fryer curries on those channels 😂
@@RashidRaja You are wrong. 2 months ago on Not Another Curry
@@glenbaker4024 actually just taken a look and he hasn't done this in an air fryer, his was in a rotisserie and then cooked in a pan. So guess your incorrect.
Just to chime in, I had a look at that guys account and he hasn't done this receipe like this 😂
My comment was about using an air fryer but I see your various points so I’ll stand corrected. That said I definitely prefer this method and will definitely be making it.
