Well I’m going nuts. I’ve got RRMS and I just had my MRI scans come back indicating herniated L4/5 & L5/S1 disks. I have weakness on my right side of the body, my groin is always hurting, I have bilateral foot drop now, my right foot goes numb just about every day… I’m so frustrated. What is the best exercise I could do to relieve my symptoms? BTW, I’m also hyperflexible so stretching doesn’t really help. I feel like I need strength exercises instead. Please help!

It’s not bad for disc herniating. Does twisting aggravates your pain ?

It means your disc bulge pain pattern went till calf ,,you need to work on your glutes strengthening and then pain will come to lower back and it will get cured,,don't do extensions,, please do glute bridge,,bird dog and plank(30secs )
