      Hi Bob, Thank you so much for the exercises. I subscribed and will be interested for more of these exercises as I have had this condition from rta since 1995.
      Please does radiculopathy cause calf pains that make it extremely painful to walk, and do you have exercises for the calves?
      Also I am to have surgery on my spine for this condition following an MRI scan, but I am concerned as someone I know had this operation and has been on wheelchair 1 year since after the operation. Do you think the operation can really help with the chronic pains? Many thanks xx

    This term Radiculopathy is really confusing for me and before i keep searching in google what is the meaning and i dont really understand because the diagnosis of my orthopedic doctor is Muscle Spasm Radiculopathy and he even cannot explain to me properly and that gives me anxiety and dont know how to fix my back pain. I came across to Bob 😊and had started an online structural Rehab Plan and he clarified to me that i suffered a multi level disc bulges. In his coaching im happy with my progress. Thank you so much Bob 😊 your sympathy and willingness to listen to us clients is meant for us. Thanks for this great and clear explanation. God Bless You!

    Hi Bob! Is there any video with exercises that you have that could help me specifically with the following MRI interpretation: "Left paracentral extrusion with L3-L4 cephalic migration that contacts the roots of the cauda equina and causes bilateral L3 radiculopathy. By The way. I've been doing the your L4 L5 ,L5 SI begginner and intermediate workout routines for some time now and ive had great results. I really thank you for everything that you ve been doing to help people.

      Hi there, I’ll be happy to help. What you see on MRI is not what we just focus on rehab. I need to know much more about you & your symptoms and lifestyle ext to be able give you any feedback. I hope you can understand, there is no box of good exercises to follow & there is lot to do with your lifestyle that has to be changed. Would be happy to help you online if u ever wish to get a customised plan. Bob

    Hi Bob, my question is regarding the deadbug exercise. If I flatten my back(posterior pelvic tilt) while doing the exercise I get intense pain but If I maintain the natural lordotic curve then I'm fine. Your opinion on this?

    • @bobthephysio
      @bobthephysio  9 месяцев назад

      Deadbug is an advance move, try to follow the rest of exercises and reduce the sensitivity around your lower back and the start with kick back and progress with deadbug.

    So be aware, if you have spondylolesthesis or anterolisthesis of l4 l5 you do not want to do anything to arch your back. Also, Bob, you might not realize you are saying elevate a lot here, which means to increase. I think you mean "eliminate" or reduce.

    • @bobthephysio
      @bobthephysio  Месяц назад

      Thank you for your comment. But I’m not sure what do you mean!? This video as you can see the title it’s about Lumbar radiculapathy & I’m not talking about spondys !?

    • @pattiel1108
      @pattiel1108 Месяц назад

      @@bobthephysio It was an FYI for folks and perhaps for you, because often spondy can cause radiculopathy. So if someone has spondy, some of these exercises are contraindicated. Make sense?
