    These are brilliant videos. The recipes are not singularly unique--but they don't need to be and with 10,000 other cooking videos on RUclips, they can't expected to be--and even if they were, people would copy your recipes. However, your presentation style is first class: clear, focused, and always helpful. Thank you.
    As we move into the most difficult months of the year to continue to eat well, I'm going to return again and again to your channel for your videos and suggestions. They're among the very best I've seen.
    I have two questions: might you consider suggesting how many portions come from a recipe in the video or its description, and might you consider more plant-based proteins in your recipes. I'm off to make the Chickpea & Spinach version now, and will be adding 150gms of firm tofu to the mix. Thanks again.
    post script: do you really add no salt to this dish? I added a pinch for taste.

    • @Greenhealthycooking
      @Greenhealthycooking  3 года назад

      I didn't add salt because the brand of curry I use is pretty salty but always adjust to your liking and depending on the sodium level of your curry paste :)

    I have been watching for a while, love your recipes. I would like to take your tutorial but you state that there isn't much veggie recipes. Too bad I enjoy your confidence with recipes. I have only tried the vegetable recipes. Also what is your recommendation for an instant pot. I want to buy one. Thank you very much..I love your channel.

    • @Greenhealthycooking
      @Greenhealthycooking  2 года назад

      I'm a bit confused. Almost all my recipes contain at least one vegetable. It's the essence of my channel to add a lot of vegetables to all meals. I have the cheapest 6-quart Instant Pot with the least bells and whistles :)

      @@Greenhealthycooking I think I meant to say vegan recipes. I want to know also in your tutorial do you have more herbs?

    • @Greenhealthycooking
      @Greenhealthycooking  2 года назад

      @@soapyart I see. No, my brand is omnivore. Many of my recipes contain meat. On my website I have a category for vegan, and vegetarian though. You can sort all recipes by this and exclude the omnivore.

    Rice should be thoroughly rinsed before cooking.

      Most brands sold in North America are sold already washed. No need to rinse.
