- Stardew Valley had a BIG update that just dropped a couple of weeks ago, and the most important thing to come out of it: you can now DRINK mayonnaise! With a whopping 50 energy payout for a regular jar, drinking mayo in Stardew can really help get you through your farm chores with ease, but can the same be said for real life?

It's wheat flour, void mayonnaise, and a periwinkle. Tastes pretty decent.
The recipe is sorta in the game? Void egg (theory being, it's an egg being cooked in lava irl, but the game makes void chickens which throws some wrenches there) which then has to be turned into mayonnaise, a periwinkle a type of fish, and wheat flour.

Most mayonnaise brands out there are made with seed oils though, if you're gonna chug mayo you should do it with ones made from olive oil or something
I was thinking the same thing. Those seed oils will make anything unhealthy.
yeah. Like soybean oil. it changed the gender of frogs from male to female and causes more heart problems than sugar does. And we (Americans) use it willy-nilly in fast food places, and lots of other things. that's why we say meat is not very good for you is because of all the preparations done to it to ruin it.

So, the unintended irony about now being able to chug mayo, is it is also surprisingly a good item for energy early in the game. If you start on the new Meadows farm, which starts you with a chicken coop, you can start making mayo pretty early on in the game. And it actually restores a fair amount of energy. I ended up drinking a lot of mayo in the early part of the game before I unlocked cooking.
