Former GB Team climber Jon Partridge is far from the climber he used to be. out of shape, lost and struggling with an identity crisis, he is desperate to reconnect with climbing and the community he left behind. In this episode Jon undergoes his first ever lattice assessment to benchmark his current level, find out what his weaknesses are and where his training plan will focus. Its been a while.
