You've got thiss! Sometimes staring with the basics is helpful, just seeing how to make the most of what you have laying around in the cupboards, fridge, freezer etc - Rachel, Gaz Oakley, Pick Up Limes etcc are some great channels fo get inspo off of as well just add the food you wanna use and I'm sort some ideas will come up! 🙌🏾💯✨
What I found helpful is having a well stock pantry of dried grains, herbs and spices, can beans, pasta. Keep building on your stock every week so that way you are not spending a huge amount at one time. When you buy fresh herbs, wash and dry, store in ziplock bags in the freezer. Put one day for cooking and make a few things that you can swap and eat with different things on a daily basis. Eating fake meat all the time is not that good for you because it limits your nutrients intake. Good luck.
Just made the red pepper one for lunch but used the beetroot hummus as the sauce and with shallot instead of garlic. Really delicious. Thank you for the ideas. xx
