Thank you so much for the One Tray Roast, made this for myself and my six-year-old daughter and it was an absolute delight. I can now add this my list of vegan meals we can enjoy together. She didn't like all of the veggies, but she did eat more than she would have, had I cooked a traditional meal with meat. This was our first vegan meal...and what a great success it was!
Hi there, I, personally, would recommend to opt for a well-planned, organic, unrefined and untempered with vegan diet (consuming raw plant foods where possible so as not to denature or destroy the life-forces and enzymatic activities beneficial to the human system. If disagreeing on this matter, please take some steamed carrots, plant them and see if they will grow; if not, it is because they are 'dead' plant food that cannot benefit one's 'living' cells) consisting of organic fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds and whole grains as it is the best diet to provide mankind with ultimate health and longevity. I do not even see a reason to use pharmaceutical supplements e.g Vitamin D is obtainable from organic chestnut mushrooms (UV exposed) and sun-dried mushrooms with the exception of the body's ability to make it (and store it for future use) when exposed to the sun; Iron from organic beets; Zinc from organic cashew nuts; potassium and magnesium from organic bananas; Omega 3 Fatty Acids (beneficial for the brain) from organic walnuts and pecans (looks like the brain and targets it). Please avoid factory produced meat alternatives whose chief ingredient can be 'soy' and may contain preservatives as well as additives (e.g Vinegar, a corrosive agent). Food toxicity and nutrient deficiency are a deadly combination as one is hindering the body's building materials needed to action healing whilst at the same time taxing the system with more toxic stuff, thus bringing about disease and possibly even an early death. Or a combination of tofu and cauliflower.. now my mind is running

Also have u you any kids or even for yrself for either breakfast or lunch u can steam it and mash it with cheese season if u like and make a paste u know like cheese paste for sandwiches. U can blend it if u want a smoother finish and put in bread I add a little colouring and make triple slices sandwiches hahaha.
Love love loved the cauliflower recipe. I finally got the chance to make it tonight . I used cashew milk and added a bit of water to the batter mix as well. For the sauce I tripled the quantities as I wanted enough sauce to cover a large cauliflower and some of the rice. Cooked the cauliflower in the oven for 35mins as my cauliflower pieces were bigger.

She said tomato paste in the video but you can use tomato sauce if you have dont have tomato paste ,though tomato puree is pretty much the same thing just thinner and a bit more mild in flavour while tomato paste is sweeter. Use any just go by your reference of what you perfer.
made this recipe tonight and it was really good i double dipped in flour instead of breadcrumbs and it came out very crispy and i also replaced the sugar with honey and it came out just fine
Hands down best cauliflower recipe, and that sauce - OMG. Next time I will double or maybe triple the sauce to make sure there is enough to coat all of the cauliflower.

The sauce in part 2 (starting at 6:56) of this video is AMAZING and works with basically anything, not just cauliflower! I just made it with noodles (that I'd pre-boiled) and tofu; best workday lunch ever! Thanks so much Rachel :)
Hi there,
I, personally, would recommend to opt for a well-planned, organic, unrefined and untempered with vegan diet (consuming raw plant foods where possible so as not to denature or destroy the life-forces and enzymatic activities beneficial to the human system.
I would recommend to avoid factory produced meat alternatives whose chief ingredient can be 'soy' and may contain preservatives as well as additives (e.g Vinegar, a corrosive agent). Food toxicity and nutrient deficiency are a deadly combination as one is hindering the body's building materials needed to action healing whilst at the same time taxing the system with more toxic stuff, thus bringing about disease and possibly even an early death.
Best wishes

Can you show us you making a recipe you've never had before and your reaction to it? :)
Just came back to say that the cauliflower was bomb!!! A success for my family. A few tips for those making it, I would add a bit more milk to the initial mix and 2) make sure that you do the cornstarch-water mix first THEN add to the sauce at there end ( the way she did it)!!
These recipes look so yummy😭❤️ thank you so much for sharing
New to this vegan business and can't wait to try these 2 dishes! Great video! 🇨🇦

I just tried this recipe and it is amazing the only thing I did differently was that I added corn and mushrooms. The nuts in the pesto really brought out all the roasted flavours. Overall the food was great and my belly is full. Thanks girl 🙏🏾💕
Ps. I’m going to try the cauliflower tomorrow 😍
How the cauliflower taste 😕?!
@@ElseNoOone I bought sweet and sour cauliflower and if they didn't say I would not thought it was cauliflower and the taste wow
@@ettasmall5144
I always eat it (vegetable soup) ..
But I never imagined I put it in the oven or fried it ..
she replaced by meat .. Does it taste frying different? Close to meat?
Or the same taste didn't change!
Thank you so much 🌹😙
@@ElseNoOone if u ever eat sweet and sour chicken it taste like it yet u don't get the actual meat taste but more it's the texture my vegan daughter didn't believe me said no that's chicken I said no that's cauliflower lol when she took a taste I couldn't get her to stop lol.
All of these dishes look Wondrous! Love roasted vegetables, and the sticky cauliflower looks absolutely divine; definitely, plan on trying to cook both of these :) As a vegan student, all of you student recipes are super helpful: simple and great tasting. Thank you for sharing. Love your channel!
have you ever considered writing a vegan student cookbook? ^-^
Thanks fore sharing. I was vegan for 22 months and somehow lost my way. My fiancé and I are looking to make some healthy life changes together and appreciate all the help we can get.
I love this I’m going to try creating this beautiful dish
OMG! The sauce for the cauliflower was AMAZING!!! 💗💗💗 I love your recipes-thank you!

Get an air fryer. It's a game changer.
I made it. Absolutely amazing. I had mine with Salmon. Pesto is lovely.
You are stunningly beautiful! 😳 Thank you for the recipes! I love that you actually have an entertaining and adorable personality and your recipes are seasoned and not boring! I'm new to your videos, but I'm hooked.
Oh my goodness just made this and added some veg. The sauce and cauliflower 👌 so crispy. Honestly better than lots of meat dishes I have had. Love your channel. So much flavour xx
Love this! I’m needing to cook up or meal prep for the work week. Need dinner and lunch. Don’t wanna cook every day.
Good to have a video for simple vegan cooking!

My sister and I have recently started cutting meat off our diet at least from monday to friday, to begin with, so I’m always looking for new recipes. I just cooked the cauliflower meal and oh my lord, is it absolutely delicious!! My cauliflowers didn’t came out of the oven as crispy as yours but they are so tasty anyway!! Thank you for sharing that easy recipe Rachel! My sister and I love it 🥰
Love this recipe!!! Question what lipstick are you wearing
nice colour? Thanks
These veggies are sooo delish! Will have oatmeal tmrw and CAULIFLOWER later this week. Thanks for your recipes.
Notification Squad!!🙋🏾♀️❤ Yesss I'm loving these Meals.
FIre recipes .. I never thought about brightening up the roasted veggies with a pesto .. I think a cilantro pesto would smack too .. thank you! and the "bang bang" cauliflower looks amazing ... Asian inspired dishes are my weakness
This is making me so hungry 😂😋
I made the one panner meal for my beau and I Christmas eve meal! Omg! So delicious!!
Do I use tomato purée or tomato paste? The recipe looks amazing, thanks!!
She said tomato paste in the video but you can use tomato sauce if you have dont have tomato paste ,though tomato puree is pretty much the same thing just thinner and a bit more mild in flavour while tomato paste is sweeter. Use any just go by your reference of what you perfer.
Student friendly vegan meals yes sis, bring it on! 😍
Hi, how long in the oven for the tray of veg and sausages?
made this recipe tonight and it was really good i double dipped in flour instead of breadcrumbs and it came out very crispy and i also replaced the sugar with honey and it came out just fine
👍❤❤❤ I will make an honest attempt to recreate. I think I want to make crispy, sticky tofu instead of the cauliflower.
Wow this roast tray was amazing. Tuis makes me what to cook more. I had to buy your book after trying this recipe
A little Louisiana tip: Tony Chachere's seasoning will take your vegan cooking to the next level.
Tony's is a staple in our house LOL
Scrumptious! To the cauliflower I'd likely add some cubed tofu or soy curls that I'd pan sauteed a bit. The sauce would be super for them too.
I like the cauliflower it is so good thank you I just added alittle of lemon juice as apersonal taste😍
Hands down best cauliflower recipe, and that sauce - OMG. Next time I will double or maybe triple the sauce to make sure there is enough to coat all of the cauliflower.
