      I don't think a lot of vegans are raw. That was sadly a thing a while back, but I feel as if most vegans are not raw anymore. We just eat everything we want and I'm glad those who were raw have transitioned back to cooked foods :-)

    • @clarissavaida4058
      @clarissavaida4058 5 лет назад +66

      Senja Lintula I don’t care if someone is raw vegan or not. I just let people eat what makes them feel good. If it doesn’t work for them, for whatever reason, they’ll figure it out. The raw vegan bashing is getting old

    • @senjalintula5700
      @senjalintula5700 5 лет назад +30

      @@clarissavaida4058 I'm not "bashing". The raw veganism community just tends to be a little toxic at times, so I'm glad that the people who felt out of place in it decided to transition back to cooked foods. So I sincerely support everyone eating what feels best for them:)

    • @clarissavaida4058
      @clarissavaida4058 5 лет назад +18

      Senja Lintula Thank you, Senja, for your reply. Yes, that definitely can be the case with raw or cooked vegans. I am not raw, but I think that there are so many obstacles against the growing vegan movement, the Keto diet for example, etc, that it’s best to encourage people who are trying to support animal welfare, whether someone is raw or healthy cooked food vegan or junk food vegan, it shouldn’t matter. I’m sure the animals don’t care what we eat as long as it’s not them. Cheers 🌿😍

      Hi there,
      I, personally, would recommend to opt for a well-planned, organic, unrefined and untempered with vegan diet (consuming raw plant foods where possible so as not to denature or destroy the life-forces and enzymatic activities beneficial to the human system. If disagreeing on this matter, please take some steamed carrots, plant them and see if they will grow; if not, it is because they are 'dead' plant food that cannot benefit one's 'living' cells) consisting of organic fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds and whole grains as it is the best diet to provide mankind with ultimate health and longevity. I do not even see a reason to use pharmaceutical supplements e.g Vitamin D is obtainable from organic chestnut mushrooms (UV exposed) and sun-dried mushrooms with the exception of the body's ability to make it (and store it for future use) when exposed to the sun; Iron from organic beets; Zinc from organic cashew nuts; potassium and magnesium from organic bananas; Omega 3 Fatty Acids (beneficial for the brain) from organic walnuts and pecans (looks like the brain and targets it).
      Please avoid factory produced meat alternatives whose chief ingredient can be 'soy' and may contain preservatives as well as additives (e.g Vinegar, a corrosive agent). Food toxicity and nutrient deficiency are a deadly combination as one is hindering the body's building materials needed to action healing whilst at the same time taxing the system with more toxic stuff, thus bringing about disease and possibly even an early death.
      Best wishes

      Hi there,
      One cannot expect healing from the GODHEAD (caps not shouting) if they continue to violate the laws of health, which operate in the same manner as the law of gravity. It is also not good to look at life like that 'since we will all die, i can therefore eat flesh meats' which will send the person to an early grave as opposed to if the appetite was cleansed. This is sin as it is robbing the GODHEAD of the good that one would have done in the world. Moreover, do you think it is a fair thing if people die early due to self-indulgence and a perverted appetite than what they would have done, thus depriving their families e.g grandsons and granddaughters from spending time with them? Is this not selfishness by definition?

I do not even see a reason to use pharmaceutical supplements e.g Vitamin D is obtainable from organic chestnut mushrooms (UV exposed) and sun-dried mushrooms with the exception of the body's ability to make it (and store it for future use) when exposed to the sun; Iron from organic beets; Zinc from organic cashew nuts; potassium and magnesium from organic bananas; Omega 3 Fatty Acids (beneficial for the brain) from organic walnuts and pecans (looks like the brain and targets it).
      I would recommend to avoid factory produced meat alternatives whose chief ingredient can be 'soy' and may contain preservatives as well as additives (e.g Vinegar, a corrosive agent). Food toxicity and nutrient deficiency are a deadly combination as one is hindering the body's building materials needed to action healing whilst at the same time taxing the system with more toxic stuff, thus bringing about disease and possibly even an early death.

    Just came back to say that the cauliflower was bomb!!! A success for my family. A few tips for those making it, I would add a bit more milk to the initial mix and 2) make sure that you do the cornstarch-water mix first THEN add to the sauce at there end ( the way she did it)!!

      Hi there,
      I, personally, would recommend to opt for a well-planned, organic, unrefined and untempered with vegan diet (consuming raw plant foods where possible so as not to denature or destroy the life-forces and enzymatic activities beneficial to the human system.

    I just tried this recipe and it is amazing the only thing I did differently was that I added corn and mushrooms. The nuts in the pesto really brought out all the roasted flavours. Overall the food was great and my belly is full. Thanks girl 🙏🏾💕

    Love love loved the cauliflower recipe. I finally got the chance to make it tonight . I used cashew milk and added a bit of water to the batter mix as well. For the sauce I tripled the quantities as I wanted enough sauce to cover a large cauliflower and some of the rice. Cooked the cauliflower in the oven for 35mins as my cauliflower pieces were bigger.

      She said tomato paste in the video but you can use tomato sauce if you have dont have tomato paste ,though tomato puree is pretty much the same thing just thinner and a bit more mild in flavour while tomato paste is sweeter. Use any just go by your reference of what you perfer.
