    Over spending is bad but wages just don't keep up with the cost of living. That's the real problem.

    The economic system needs your productivity. Don’t worry about debt. Our whole monetary system is debt based. Manage your credit score. Many cards have Autopay, use it.

      Kurt Gaudreau I’m assuming your a multi millionaire. I’m 37 with a 70k net worth and would never do something so risky. Don’t believe me I’ll send you a screenshot of my TD and wells account with my personal info blocked out. She’s playing with fire. Furthermore how was she going to get the down payment for a house?

    • @kgg9518
      @kgg9518 5 лет назад

      @@sidharthchand8072 not a multi millionaire yet but I will get there, if by net worth you mean money sitting in a savings account you better start investing it because I doubt your savings acount's interest rate is keeping up with the rate of inflation. Banks are giving out mortgages with as low as 5% down now depending on where you live it can actually be very easy to save up that much if you get yourself on a strict budget and actually follow it. I got a 110000$ house for 0$ down then put 20000$ of renovations into it that brought up the value to 180000$ then I pulled 30000$ equity out of my house (cash out Refinance) to buy an investment property that nets 1200$ a month when the units are rented out. Now I can't forget to mention that this property has just as much equity as the house I live in. I can just simply pull out some equity to buy another good investment property and I will. You don't get financial freedom without taking any risks.

    Steve, that's why I do not rely on credit. Because it's not a game. I save. I spend what I have. I got the bank to mortgage my house based on our income/savings. It's just ridiculous trying to "play the game."

    • @kgg9518
      @kgg9518 5 лет назад +4

      Canceling credit cards affects your credit score negativily. The more credit available to you the better, just have to make sure you don't carry a balance over to the next month. Pay your statement in full. Only cancel if the card has a yearly fee and you don't use it enough to justify the fee.

      Hello, your credit determines how much trust you are worth, it help to separate the good customers from the bad ones,and it also helps identify high risk customers.in my 30s I was quite careless, I never paid back early , I often used way more than my available credit, these things take years to go away. This ruined my credit. It was very low. A Freind Evans informed me about what Hackerlewise on instagram did for him. Word can’t express how I feel right now, the team of Hackerlewise on IG literally deleted negative items and increase my score to 835 I am truly grateful. Hackerlewise on instagram you can even message him on whatsapp +1 (928) 374-4892
