Do you want your kids to take out a mortgage so your kids can live with their roommates while their going to college it’s a recipe for disaster. Just look at the job market right now, and how colleges are going online. What’s wrong with just renting a room for your kid in someone’s house while they go to school. Won’t be glamorous and we won’t get a ROI But you’ll mitigate a lot of risk The only thing I agree with her is saving & mutual funds. Also if you wanna save money with education have your kids take the first two years at community college and have them study something useful like accounting or technology not African-American studies.
