Ms. Richardson I`m 55 and I've always thought I was to be a millionaire, I seem to have so many hurdles that I`m starting to think I'm going to die broke and broken and not leave wealth or legacy for my children. I asking for real help from you if possible because I like what you are talking about but even with that, I`m not making enough or saving enough to purchase what you are offering. I chose my homebased business based on my interests and skills. Its been 12 years and it is now my full time income.
I chose something with a very low start up and a product everybody can afford. I’ve been doing Paparazzi for 5 years and full time for about 4 years.
What is your passion? What do you love to do? My mom passion is cooking/baking...she fully funded her trip selling baked goods! And had the nerve to have money left over lol..
I, too, started my CBD Dispensary based not only on the demand but it was my interest and I enjoy it. Maybe you are creative and can make T Shirts, Candles or maybe you can tutor. What do you like to do that won't feel like a "job" but something that you enjoy. Blessings to whatever you choose.
My biggest issue is not knowing what business to start.

I was wondering why does so many people clown going to a free or community college🤔
Sadly, people don’t value the Trade Schools until they have car problems, plumbing problems, air conditioning or heating problems, need their hair or make- up “did” and others value added services that free or cheap community colleges offer in obtaining knowledge to be self employed instead of working for someone else.

Community College is a blessing for so many. But there are levels in all things. She used that as a way to motivate her daughters to be their best selves. My mother had no money for college but as the valedictorian of her class she earned a full scholarship to Ohio State University. So that is what she meant by go to school for free or go to the free school.
She's not clowning it. She's saying that you can't be acting like you want Harvard and UCLA with Bobsled College effort and money. She's saying that she personally is not paying for college, her kids' effort will pay for their college. Or she will be willing to pay for the college down the street...that cost that matches their level of effort.

I need to get on board. Lol! This is it! They understand finances and have businesses, etc. Thank you queen! *Adopt a different mindset about the money you have coming in (especially if you're a -"its about a good time, good looks, good living now" type)when more $blessings comes, you'll be more mindful;wiser.
Probate court can swipe your a whole estate out. 5 years and then we were told we had to sale it all by the Court. It is a mess. Another Lesson learned. You never know family until someone dies and there is money involved.

While I do agree with paying the lowest balance debt first, I don't agree about the allocation of funds. I would say 50% should go to savings, 30% in your checking, and 10% cash in your pocket. You already know that whatever you have in your checking account is money that is going to end up in someone else's pockets. You want to keep the most of your money for yourself! But Lynn is so smart and her personality is wonderful! ☺️
