DECLUTTER: If you think you can operate at your God-given best, in EXCELLENCE, amidst CLUTTER, YOU ARE MISTAKEN AND DELUSIONAL! 😩🤷🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
Take this time, as you MARCH for the remainder of the month, to get rid of stuff you don't need, stuff that's holding you back, and stuff that's sitting in places BLOCKING NEW BLESSINGS.
KEEP THIS: Important papers that can't be scanned (mortgage/real estate papers, insurance policies, deeds, title, birth certificates, etc) AND furniture you use now and clothing that you can fit AND that you wore within the past year. If you can't fit it, get rid of it. If you haven't worn it since 1998, even if you can fit it, GET RID OF IT!
GET RID OF EVERYTHING ELSE INCLUDING:
Proclamations, invitations, salutations, greeting cards, report cards, programs, etc. if you won't scrapbook it, get rid of it. If you're not already a scrapbooker, don't start now. If you are not a celebrity and your memorabilia has no monetary value that can produce generational wealth, get rid of it.
Get rid of old clothes, shoes, purses, pocketbooks, wedding dressings, bridesmaid dresses, uniforms, and all of that stuff that no one is ever gonna wear ever again. Take a picture and archive if you wanna show your children's children.
SAY NO TO: Furniture, lamps, curtains, old dishes, etc and don't ask me or anyone else you know who already has stuff if they want anything. The answer is no. Unless you're giving it to the less fortunate right now, get rid of it! (no saving it for two more years until you decide to donate that stuff to the needy - WHO ARE YOU FOOLING?)

I’m just seeing this but I felt called to do this yesterday. I started with my closet and I have 6 bags of stuff to donate. I honestly believe you need to get rid of the clutter to make way for the new. May God bless everyone that sees this. Forcing yourself to move forward and putting the past where it belongs, which is behind you is sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself. Sometimes you have got to go “cold turkey” with things. Many people hold on to the past for way too long. You can’t move forward looking behind you. If you need to throw it away do it!
Let the past remain where it belongs! Putting those things behind you and pressing forward toward the high calling, Paul had it right.

I feel sooooo stressed when my house is cluttered. If things get too messy I know I'm not in a good mode. Maybe we need to support each other more with this because as a parent with young kids I'd love someone to say girl I've got you this weekend and I'd do the same for someone else. We tend to hide this kinda stuff. The woman doing full time work will sometimes struggle with round the clock housework. In fact I'm sure I'm better at sorting others 😂 not so enticing when it's your own junk. Weird but true.

Absolutely true! Pity we don't live near each other :-(. Not many people are real about it or like to help one another. However, Jesus told me He's got my back. So every little thing I do I celebrate and thank Him for it!
God has been telling me that same thing since last year. I am one to keep the kids stuff from years ago. I am slowly getting rid of things but it can be overwhelming and I get emotional over some things. I kept alot of things from when my Grandmother passed 10 years ago. In the last 5 years, I've gone from a 4-bedroom house, to a 2-bedroom apartment and now to a one-bedroom apartment in the DMV. I'm forced to constantly get rid of stuff, but it's actually refreshing! It's just me, so I've realized that I don't need as much! I love luxury loving; however, I can do it minimally. It's been great giving away stuff and organizing what I have!

I Started decluttering the last two weeks ago and its a blessing. I was stressed, angry and unhappy. I had to tell myself everything you just said. Still in the process and feeling better by the day.

Very Unfortunate that the Salvation Army is Not Taking Clothing, and Certain Items during the Pandemic.
Old text books 📚and encyclopedias should be removed from our homes too. Information is constantly being updated online. And we can still visit our local library. But another thing that we should keep are photos, especially of family, vacations and special events. But we can still scale down & preserve them more efficiently by scanning and saving most of them on a flash drive, disc and in our computer. Thank you Lynn for sharing this God given message. God bless my mother may she Rest In Peace she tried her best with what she knew but it would have been lovely to have a woman figure of any sort like you when I was growing up. I strive to be the change for my 17 year old niece who is coming into her adulthood and my children as well. I don’t have all the answers myself but as long as I challenge them to think outside the box and challenge what society see’s fit for them I have faith they will prosper in this life. Ebony I use to do the same. I came across a video like this last year so I cleared it all out. What I did do is I kept 2 skirts that I keep hung over one window in my room. I watch it ever day to motivate me to fit in them again. And the prize when I do is a whole new wardrobe 🤗

I'm a little overwhelmed, I just moved into a new place after losing my daughter's father and I'm always looking for free things we need online however some kind people giving items away want you to pick up and I can't carry some of the bigger things alone or fit things like a bed for me and my girls in my little car so some of those things we still need but everything I could get in my car by myself I did. I have never hustled so hard to try make something, on my own.
I'm out of work from kidney issues and other medical issues... Then because this is an older house something always needs fixed. Please keep me and my family in your prayers I just need God to lift me up and for him to send good people into my life. Thank you so much. God bless you and keep you. ❤️

Soooo.... I saw this when you posted it & I listened to the first few seconds when you said you were going to step on some toes because you stepped on your own. I was like welp “I ain’t ready to listen to this yet.” Just being honest. 😳 Welp I FINALLY got the courage to listen to what you had to say. All I can say is.... ALL 10 toes were stepped on BUT they needed to be! I donated two garbage bags full of clothes two months ago & my closet is still packed. The bright side is I have everything in on centralized location & containers and I need to commit to one container or more a week. This is great!! I have downsized considerable after my divorce. And there are more things that I am willing to get rid of. I do have a few questions for anyone who is willing to share.
Now am I getting rid of our military awards and plaques??? That's something I 'm unsure of and portaits/ photo boxes. I have beautiful dishware that I have because I used to entertain. I have really nice things. Or I could sell the dishes, clothes or better yet give them away to the shelter for women who are starting over. I've already given a whole lot to the goodwill.

I am not getting rid of my greeting card s ! When I read over them,it reminds me of how my loves ones, and people honored me! What I’m doing is reading over them at least 0nce week! It lets me know that my children love me! And other family members!

I start loving some family members from a distance almost 4 years ago and I have one best friend and we talk 3 times a month and don't hang out too much and it works for us. I refuse to get rid of the items my parents purchased there items are worth more than the stuff you buy today. I've taken the time to research China, depression glass, colored glass, signed China age of items bring value along with the signature, my mom collected dolls which are all of value items from the20s,30s,40s & 50s albums Comic Books, books, art, so much value. There appraiser's that will come in and help you. Clothes and stuff I can't wear no problem I've learn my style is also changing as I age and the lifestyle I live. I suggest not to throw money away something's during those years could bring you money 💲💰 🤑. All is good enjoyed the video.

Ms.Lynn I think you been looking in my window. I threw out Birthday cards. Mother's Day cards, just because cards given to me by my husband and kids. My baby daughter made me a huge poster board for my birthday last year and I was folding it up and she was so mad. I felt bad at first and told her I needed to make room for the next one she's going to make for me. It's exhausting keeping all this stuff.
