Soft Structured Carrier (SSC) Back Carry

I've read a few comments from members in the baby wearing group recently about not feeling very confident with getting their babies up in an SSC back carry, so....this is a VERY gammy video showing how I get my LO on and off my back in an SSC.
NB: this is not necessarily the best way to do it, this is just what works for me! I am very open to suggestions or comments on how to perfect this technique!!
