Hi Capt.... this is another wonderful video! The fish looked so good, I could taste them from way up here! ☺...... I like the rain to wash the salt off the boat. Sometimes I go out in a down-pour with soap and a long-handle brush, but not when the is lightning around!... Thank you for more of the great drone shots too!

I figured it would be a matter of time before you found this little gem of an island. We have been coming to here for 20 some years, especially, as a quick stop off to let our dog out for pit stop before heading into the Abacos'. Funny thing we always love to anchor in the SAME sandy spot you did and paddle board in with our dog lol. Yes, it is "our" version of Honeymoon Harbor for us coming from Palm Beach County just a quick jump over about 60 miles away. Congratulations on your 1st Mahi! We usually have good luck right off the drop for them. ⚓🏴‍☠⚓

Beautiful Island Cay, Captain. I think I would want to explore that one for treasures. 7:06 looks like an old ship, mini destroyer with that gun frame. Shallow water idling means the boat has short jack shaft outboards and a tapered hull for speed. Careful with the metal tongs with the electronic pan coating. Way to play the wind while you are cooking, well done. Thank the Lord...no beer batter and some SPG so you and we can taste the fish...yes I added garlic and pepper to the mix myself. Red onion are always a healthy addition...well done, Chef. Skip the potato....just add veggies.

Another nice cruising episode. Your beer batter works well on any good filet. Your onion butter sauté is great for mild tasty fish like snapper. Another addition to your onion saute method are a few strips of bacon. It adds great flavor and helps brown the filets.

Another great video Capt. Only a few more days and we will be in Spring, the weather is already improving down here. Only 3 ‘stubbies’ of beer in my country would be a complete catastrophe, that’s about 45 minutes worth of drinking on a warm day at anchor 😂. I take cans of beer as they cool down faster, don’t smash and when empty they crush down and take less space. Also, when it’s rough the glass bottles with crown seals do let out gas and the beer goes flat which, is cause for mutiny. We take our beer seriously down under. Till next week my friend, take care and have fun 👍🏻🍺🍺🍺🍺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🛥💨🎣🐟
