Now I have always used some high temp, anti seize, thread grease (Like Aeroshell 33), and a drop of blue locktite. If mechanics use on engine blocks, its good enough for my occasional shooting. And no problems with muzzle breaks staying on, or being removed.
Because of how the radiator and cooling system works on engines, they won’t be able to get as hot as a muzzle does after repeatedly firing rounds. I’d you’re only firing a few rounds and/or always firing way slow, it might be OK long term.
It looks good, and I know you built it well. But, how does it work versus other muzzle brakes? Lets see some head to head video.
Looking forward to the install/build video for the PC Charger. I'm having stove pipe and feeding issues with my PC Charger when I used an off brand 30rd Glock mag. I bought a 17rd Glock brand mag and it performs a lot better. So far, I ordered the MCARBO Recoil reduction bundle, flat trigger with springs, and muzzle break. The extractor and bolt head pins are on the way.
I've put about 2,000 rounds through mine and had two failure to feeds with the Amend2 34rd glock mags. I usually only load them to 31-32 rounds. No issues with the Glock factory 31rd mag. You think this would be a 3rd party mag issue?
Stick with factory glock mags not off brand stuff. Never a single malfunction in my glock 19 or my PC carbine.

Are you guys guna make any more of the recoil springs. That’s the only thing I’m missing on my Rugger pc carbine.

Heat the crush washer with a propane torch and drop it in water. It expands it out and makes it reusable

This guys a former green beret sniper. Dropped off my PCC last week getting this muzzle break and a few more upgrades. Cant wait for it to be done BTW these are cool AF, not the stereotypical spec ops douches.
I'm waiting for the updated trigger spring kit for the PC Charger. My stock trigger is right at 6 lbs. I would like to get that down to the 4 to 4½ lb. range.
When are y'all coming out with new magwells that fit different styles of mags?

The opposite of concave is convex, so the outer side of the crush washer is the convex side, it seemed like you were trying to find the word and forgot, it happens to me too

They do. Make sure that if you are going to put them on a rifle receiver that you have your NFA stamp.

Chadhc that's the old one, this was before he came out with the 2 new brakes. The new full size looks functionally the same as this old one but isn't as rounded. I have this old one though I think the newer ones may look a little better
We really gonna be okay with the barrel being moved around like that? I just got my Ruger PC Carbine, model 19122. I want this muzzle device.
@MCARBO Mine is binding after the first rotation and it won't even budge a centimeter so I can get it to level.
Update: Havent shot my PC Carbine in a while, took it out of the safe to try to fix the muzzle brake and it still wont fit properly smh.
Go backwards then try again I had an issue with mine too I took it to the smith he used a vise I didn't have. Perfect fit now with the crush washer.
I’m having the exact same problem. You would swear there are no more threads left to turn on but I know there is. I’m stuck for now as I have no access to GS anywhere around me. Any help from MCarbo or experienced shooter. Thanks
