Three thieves broke into my home when I was a child in atwater village. It was 3am and we were all home. My dad, mom, brother, and I were all sleeping. My dad used to be a sniper and kept loaded guns around the house. Let’s just say we were all screaming except for my dad, who went into john wick mode. It was so terrifying. But those men learned a lesson that night.
I remember that night lively... I was the only burglar that got away...barely... RIP my burglar buddies!

I live in Northern California a small town called Auburn, we have the same problem here, tons of theft, in fact if you want to go Hiking or to a event at the fairgrounds guaranteed you will come back to your vehicle and your window will be shattered, and everything stolen, break ins everyday, trucks, work trucks, tools are stolen on a daily basis, and if you go to the Market most likely you will come out and your catalytic converter will be gone !

We had a local robbery about 3ish yrs ago, one of those two story places they tried to get in second story window. The robber apparently slipped on the roof while trying to climb in after breaking the glass..and cut his throat, rolled off. The owner was home heard the commotion and thump. He seen all the blood and called the ambulance. The robber died. I would have waited to call a little longer just to be sure. Greetings from aus.
