      Sir,
My questions for the Xiaomi Vision OLED only as I have an LG LED TV with WebOS and it has a few shortcomings related to my use case -
What about the apps from the Play Store? Will I be able to install VLC Player or MX Player from there? What about the native player? I have an external HDD and a Network Attached Storage (NAS) containing films and TV shows in range of file formats including x264, x265, MKV etc. Will I be able to connect to the NAS via the in-built or a downloaded browser? Will I be able to play them via external players like VLC or MX? Or will I have to use the native player? How well can the interface be controlled like in a Windows PC or in Android smartphones? Can I add soft coded subtitles present in the folder? Can I download 3rd party streaming apps from sites on Google search instead of the Play Store?
They are my prime requirements and it would be great if you could answer them.

Qled is not always necessarily VA panel. There are also Qled ips panel. Qled tv uses quantom dot filter over the panel whether it's ips or va. Also, qleds are not necessarily edge lit. High end full array local dimming TV's direct LED and has zones opposed to edge lit.

Of course LG C1. I have been using it for almost a year now and what an experience it has been!!! Please note that it is not just about OLED panels, it is about the processing to maintain proper highlights, great HDR presentation, optimized processor etc. LG has been doing this for quite a long time. Also LG surely has higher HDR peak brightness. All 2.1 HDMI ports, Game optimizer option etc. LG C1 was one of the best TVs of 2021. Go for it.

C1 is top grade OLED panel from LG. Mi is not close to it. C1 also has 120 hz of refresh rate and VRR. Its way better than Mi Vision oled for gaming. Check with LG showroom they are selling the 48 inch version for 98K INR only. LG A1 is comparable to Mi Oled and it cheaper than Mi Oled.

C1 still is a good choice, since with ABL kicking in C2 and C1 are pretty much the same thing, only C2 has a slightly brighter and bit more color reproducing panel, but the difference below 50% window or even 25% is barely any.

    You can't be more wrong
The difference between these panels is the backlight technology and not the panel itself
Both Qled and LED TVs can have va panels
The difference is a Quantum dot filter that is additional in Qled panels, both have a backlight, either edge lit or direct
OLED on the other hand removes the backlight entirely and the pixels themselves emit light

The reviewer was spot on.Xiaomi did it on pupose, to release it on a 60hz panel.
The reason was to capture and skimming the market. This tactic purpose was called milking,....since no matter what happens, someone will buy it anyway because it is cheap. This also give them time to release something new in the future.I also believe technologies that are few years ahead of our time, are readily available right now.A 240Hz or 360Hz panel, anyone? They just don't want to release it......you may ask why?Well,if there's still money to be made, why spoiled the consumers or the market? It's all about marketing strategy.
    Classic scenario,LG.
They released the C9 with 48Gbps,but came out the CX with only 40Gbps.If it's not called milking,i don't know what to say.

Also, can you please advise if Hisense 55 inch U6G QLED is a better option too? It would save 30k and brightness is comparable to OLED @ 500-700 nits

If you only want an oled go for LG A1. LG's image processing and upsaling is much better than Xiaomi. Also LG's after sales service is much better than Xiaomi. If you are on a tight budget Hisense u6g is the best tv overall and no tv in the price range has FALD with 32 zones.
