This is a new RUclips series featuring Backyard Friendly PCP Rifles. To quality the rifles must be affordable, quite, and accurate.
The Avenger Bullpup PCP Air Rifle takes all of the popular features from the original Avenger and places them into a smaller and more maneuverable design for all-day hunting comfort. The Bullpup still has the incredible accuracy and flexibility of the standard Avenger, but now measures only 33″ long overall, down from about 43″ overall for the longer versions.
The Bullpup features two additional forearm Picatinny accessory rails, a pistol grip, tactical-look buttstock, and magazine storage compartments integrated into the stock. It has a height-adjustable cheekpiece, and the combination 11mm dovetail and Weaver optics rail has been lengthened and raised to allow larger scopes.

Hi Ping. It does look like I have a bi-pod on the moderator, but actually the it is a tripod that is holding up the chronograph. DonnyFL makes a very good moderator for all PCP rifles.

Awesome I have the .25 cal bullpup, it is not that loud and it have a small crack to it, but I do not think a moderator is needed!
****But other than that, what is the highest "FPE" I can get out my Avenger Bullpup. 25cal, if I added a (power plenum & l adjusted hammer spring to max power, and used 28 gr. Pellets)???... just curious about that question before attempting....Thanks😊
I dont have the 25 call in the Avenger, so I'm not sure. My guess would be close to 40 FPE in 25 cal shooting heavy pellets. I was getting 38 and 39 FPE in 22 cal.
What was the MAX FPE you got with your .22cal bullpup with the hammer and regulator cranked to max?
With the hammer maxed at 5 turns and the reg maxed at 200 Bar I got 38.2 FPE shooting 25.39g JSB pellets at 823 fps. I got 39.6 FBE shooing 33.956 JSB pellets at 725 fps.
@@backyardairguns ok, I have not touched my .25 cal yet, no tuning at all.....so how many turn to get hammer spring to Full max?... thanks

when i was first watching this video, i was like how and why does he have a bipod on his moderator. then i notice it was holding your device. i have the same rifle in 25 but need a moderator because it is way to loud for my area.
The Air Venturi Avenger is a great rifle. I use a DonnyFL moderator and it is very quite with that.
